If you recently stopped working or lost your health coverage through your job (or your spouse’s job), you may qualify for a “Special Enrollment Period” to enroll in Medicare Part B (Medical Insurance).

If you already have Medicare Part A (Hospital Insurance) and you now need to enroll in Part B, you will need to follow these steps: (Caution! You cannot opt for COBRA for more than 2 months or large financial penalties will apply)

1. Download and complete 2 forms. (Type the form name in the search bar of your web browser then download the pdf and print it out)

• Application for Enrollment in Part B (CMS-40B) – This is a simple form

• Request for Employment Information (CMS-L564)

 Fill out Section A, and ask your employer to complete and sign Section B.

 (New protocol due to the Coronavirus) If your employer can’t complete Section B (For example, the office is currently closed), you can fill it out for them. Your employer doesn’t need to sign the form. Instead, you’ll

send evidence of employment health coverage, like copies of your health insurance cards with policy effective dates or pay stubs showing health insurance premium deductions. You can get more information about evidence and filling out this form at SSA.gov/ coronavirus.

2. Sign both of the forms.

3. Send the forms (and evidence, if your employer can’t complete Section B) to the Social Security Administration. You can send it one of these ways:

• Fax at 1-833-914-2016- This is the quickest way!

This information was taken directly from the Medicare.gov website. I have added my own twist to some of the information in an attempt to make it more “readable” and concise. When speaking with clients for the first time, I generally ask if they’ve ever gone to the Medicare.gov website and usually the answer is “no”. Medicare.gov is a wealth of information, perhaps too much information and that’s why soon to be or existing Medicare beneficiaries shy away from it.

If you were to just break the information down to the question that you have (as I do when I need clarification) you’ll find it’s not overwhelming and instead very helpful.

There are three main types of skin cancer: basal cell carcinoma, squamous cell carcinoma, and melanoma. Because each has many different appearances, it is important to know the early warning signs.

Look especially for change of any kind. Do not ignore a suspicious spot simply because it does not hurt. Skin cancers may be painless, but dangerous all the same. If you notice one or more of the warning signs, see a board-certified dermatologist right away, preferably one who specializes in diseases of the skin.

ACTINIC KERATOSIS

An actinic keratosis (AK) is a crusty, scaly growth caused by damage from exposure to ultraviolet (UV) radiation. An AK is considered a precancer because if left alone, it could develop into a skin cancer. AKs are the product of a lifetime accumulation of UV damage and typically appear on areas most commonly exposed sun, such as the backs of the hands, forearms, face, neck, and scalp.

SQUAMOUS CELL CARCINOMA

Squamous cell carcinoma (SCC) is an uncontrolled growth of abnormal cells arising in the epidermis, the skin’s outermost layer. SCCs often look like scaly red patches, crusty bumps, warts, or elevated growths with a central depression. SCCs may appear suddenly and some forms are tender to touch. They can become disfiguring and sometimes deadly if allowed to grow. More than 1 million cases of SCC are diagnosed each year in the U.S., which translates to about 115 cases diagnosed every hour. Incidence has increased by 200 percent in the past three decades in the U.S., and more than 15,000 Americans die each year from this type of skin cancer.

BASAL CELL CARCINOMA

Basal cell carcinoma (BCC) is the most frequently occurring form of all cancers, with more than 4 million cases of diagnosed in the U.S. each year. BCCs may look like open sores, red patches, pink growths, shiny bumps, or scars. Any skin lesion that doesn’t heal, or bleeds with even gentle trauma, such as drying with a towel, is concerning for a BCC.

MELANOMA

Melanoma is a very dangerous form of skin cancer. Melanoma is caused mainly by intense, occasional UV exposure (frequently leading to sunburn), especially in those who are genetically predisposed to the disease. An estimated 178,560 cases of melanoma are diagnosed in the U.S. each year and is fatal for an estimated 9,320 of these patients. Fortunately, if melanoma is recognized and treated early, it is almost always curable.

WHAT PATIENTS NEED TO KNOW

1. Everyone needs to perform a self-skin exam once a month.

2. Melanoma can appear anywhere on the skin, including the palms/soles, under your nails, and places...for most, have never seen the light of day (genitalia). For this reason, it is important to look everywhere. Lock the bathroom door, get out a hand mirror, and check, it could save your life.

3. What to look for: ABCDEs, and an ugly duckling

A - Asymmetry: If I draw a line down the middle, do the sides match?

B - Border: Is there a nice crisp border, or does the mole melt into the surrounding skin?

C - Color: Moles should be one color, one shade of brown. Is there a variety of shades or additional colors, such as black, red, white, or blue?

D - Diameter: Any mole larger than 6mm, ie the head of a pencil eraser, has a higher risk of becoming melanoma.

E - Evolution: Has it changed?

F - The Ugly Duckling Sign: Most people have a “signature mole,” their own personal mole appearance and architecture. Is there a mole that seems different from all the others?

4. Everyone needs a full body skin exam by a board-certified dermatologist once a year, more frequently if you have a family history of skin cancer, a personal history of skin cancer, or live in an area with substantial sunshine.

It is rare to find someone who knew their path early - by divine intervention, fate or luck. Someone whom, through circumstances beyond their control, walked into their calling and have found great success. Providence. Serendipity. Whatever you might call it, Daniel Lara is one of those lucky few. Why Repipe when you can ?

It is safe to say that I know nothing about pipes. I know a little about drywall, and some about framing; my husband has his general contractor’s license so I’ve picked up a few nuggets of knowledge over the years - albeit in conversation, not in practice.

Pipes, however, are a complete mystery. Taxation, Investments and Financial Well-Being during the COVID-19 Crisis

Here is an UPDATED list of my most recent thoughts and new tax law guidance. The focus is on how to navigate the new government programs and ways to gain access to your funds in a strategic manner. Please share these concepts with your friends and family. We can help you implement and understand your unique situation if you get scheduled in for an appointment. Access to information is available…however, it takes a professional with experience to interpret, direct and provide perspective on these changes to provide clarity, calmness and a path to success.

1. If you have applied for and received your Payroll Protection Program (PPP) loan, you now need to track the eight week period after receipt of the funds. Tracking your use of funds and related expenses determines if all or part of the loan will be forgivable. Any amounts forgiven will not be taxable income by the IRS. However, California has not determined if such amounts will be taxable or tax-free. Estimate your Loan Forgiveness at that following link: https://www.adp.com/contact-us/ customer-service/paycheck-protection-program/ppp-loan-forgiveness-estimator.aspx.

2. At the end of the eight (8) week period, all PPP loan recipients will need to complete a Loan Forgiveness Application and submit it to their lender. The SBA just issued the application and instructions which can be obtained at https://home.treasury.gov/system/files/136/3245-0407-SBA-Form-3508-PPPForgiveness-Application.pdf.

3. The PPP Loan Amount is based upon 2.5 months (around 10 weeks) of costs; however, the forgiveness amount is based upon only 8 weeks of costs. Therefore, it is possible that two weeks or 20% of your loan will not be forgiveable. Some planning and analysis may make all of your loan forgiveable.

4. Presently, there are no additional funds for additional PPP loans. Consideration should be given to exploring and filing for Unemployment Benefits. All California workers started receiving an additional $600/week through 7/31/2020 on top of their regular unemployment benefits beginning with the week ending 4/11/2020. 5. The SBA issued safe harbor guidance for loans under $2 million. These borrowers will not have to provide a certification of the necessity of their loan request.

6. Refunds of educational/college expenses can be “recontributed” back to your 529 account by 7/15/2020 to avoid taxation and penalties on the gain previously removed.

7. A $5,000 penalty-free withdrawal from an eligible retirement plan for the birth or adoption of a child after 12/31/2019.

8. If you are forced to access your IRA or pension account, new rules are in place so you can avoid the IRS 10% premature penalty if you are under age 59.5 as a Coronavirus Related Distribution.

Pension plan loans have now been increased from a maximum of $50,000 up to the lesser of $100,000 or your plan balance. The 3 year loan payment schedule starts on the day after the distribution was received.

9. For Sole Proprietors and Business Owners: Contact us to see if we can help you access these pension loans by transferring your IRA accounts into a newly created pension plan account. Remember, a loan might be more beneficial than a taxable IRA distribution especially since you are paying the interest into your own pension account.

10. Visit the IRS website at www.irs.gov to click on “Get Coronavirus Tax Relief”. Get answers to the Economic Impact Payments ($1,200 for adults and $500 for children) including a link to “Check your payment status”. These stimulus payments are not taxable by the IRS or CA.

11. Consider funding tax-deductible IRA and pension contributions for tax year 2019 when you are in a higher tax bracket. You can always distribute these funds via a taxable distribution or a loan at a lower tax bracket, if applicable, in tax year 2020. IRA and H.S.A. contributions must be made by July 15th and pension contributions by the extended deadline for the return.

12. Individuals with a Required Minimum Distribution (RMD) from their IRA or pension account can skip the distribution for tax year 2020. Additionally, new rules allow individuals who have already taken their 2020 RMD to roll the money back into the account within 60 days of the distribution to eliminate the taxable event and allow your money a chance to rebound from the recent market decline. If the distribution was made April 1st or later, you now have until July 15th to roll your money back. You need to notify your advisor or the brokerage firm if you do not want to take your RMD since many are set up to payout automatically.

I was at a retail store the other day, when a group of tourists asked me to take a photo of them in front of the window display - an incredible arch made solely out of the pages of reclaimed books from a library that had mostly burned down. Regardless of whether the threat is a simple cold or the flu, or Covid-19, there are several things you can do to protect yourself from unnecessary downtime.

PROPER HAND WASHING

This gets top billing because of its true effectiveness in preventing illness. The most important aspects of hand washing are the length of time (at least 20 seconds) and the amount of friction you use, not the water temperature. In fact, warm water is better than hot, as hot water dries the skin, leaving more microscopic openings on its surface. In cases where hand washing is not practical, keep hand sanitizer available. Alcohol-based hand sanitizers can also contribute to drying of the skin, so be diligent about moisturizing.

2. Resist the urge to go Blonde (unless you are a Natural). When the cuticle of the hair is damaged from bleach, you can have more breakage or split ends.

A Simple Practice with Profound Benefits

During this time of staying indoors and not being able to live our lives in the normal ways, meditation can help ease anxiety, lower stress levels, and bring some peace in an otherwise uncertain situation.

People who meditate regularly appear internally and externally five to 10 years younger than their non-meditating peers, according to author Deepak Chopra. That's good news for the estimated 10 million people who practice meditation on an ongoing basis and experience the resulting calm it cultivates.

The rich benefits come from doing something that looks like nothing: Sitting still, being quiet, and breathing deeply. Meditation works simply but profoundly by defusing the onslaughts of life - a racing mind, busyness, deadlines, commutes, all of which have physiological effects on well-being. Meditation calms the nervous system, decreases metabolic rate, heart rate, and blood pressure, and lowers levels of cholesterol, stress hormones, and free radicals. It also has a direct effect on breathing, slowing and deepening respiration so more oxygen circulates throughout the body. Not only that, meditation is said to lessen feelings of anxiety and depression and improve memory and concentration. And all of this culminates in slowing the aging process, as Chopra notes.

There are many meditation techniques, including focusing on a

mantra, a sacred word or phrase, or your breath. But the basic intent of all meditation is focus and attention. And it doesn't take hours a day in an ashram to meditate effectively. Benefits kick in with even a short period of devoted time.

How to begin? Wear comfortable, unrestrictive clothes, sit on a cushion or chair with your back straight (think once again, comfort), rest your hands on your legs, let your eyes go soft and out of focus or close them, breathe slowly and deeply, and - the hardest part - attempt to empty your mind of thoughts and quiet the internal dialogue. When thoughts flit through your mind, let them pass without judging them and come back to your focus (your mantra, counting, etc.) and breathing.

New Process for Activating Medicare After 65

If you recently stopped working or lost your health coverage through your job (or your spouse’s job), you may qualify for a “Special Enrollment Period” to enroll in Medicare Part B (Medical Insurance).

If you already have Medicare Part A (Hospital Insurance) and you now need to enroll in Part B, you will need to follow these steps: (Caution! You cannot opt for COBRA for more than 2 months or large financial penalties will apply)

1. Download and complete 2 forms. (Type the form name in the search bar of your web browser then download the pdf and print it out)

• Application for Enrollment in Part B (CMS-40B) – This is a simple form

• Request for Employment Information (CMS-L564)

ӽ Fill out Section A, and ask your employer to complete and sign Section B.

ӽ (New protocol due to the Coronavirus) If your employer can’t complete Section B (For example, the office is currently closed), you can fill it out for them. Your employer doesn’t need to sign the form. St. Anne School Fills the Entire Pantry at the Illumination Foundation to Feed Orange County Families

On Friday, May 9, St. Anne School in Laguna Niguel held its annual Food Drive and Inaugural Carpool Spirit Day. To the delight of both teachers and students alike, St. Anne families drove their donations through a parade of teachers waving and holding signs before

dropping them off to staff members wearing masks and gloves to unload.

According to Ingrid Trenton, Director of St. Anne Daycare and organizer of the food drive, the school collected more food and much-needed supplies than in years past. "I didn't think we were going to collect the amount we did," said Ingrid. "We were able to fill the whole pantry, which was empty, and more. Hundreds of people will be able to have food on the table because of our generous families."

A large van and three cars filled with food traveled to the Illumination Foundation in Stanton on Friday evening and delivered the donations. In addition to food, generous donations of gift cards, masks, and hand

sanitizer were received. Many of the donations were distributed that same day and immediately put food on the tables of those in need. The Illumination Foundation was so appreciative and thankful to St. Anne School for their large donation of food and much-needed supplies.

CSS stands for “Cascaded Style Sheets”, and it is used to control the formatting elements, such as fonts, text sizes, colors, background graphics, etc. Finally, JavaScript is used for more complex automation of some website elements, such as dynamically filling the elements of one drop-down list based on the item that was selected from another drop-down list. Java is a platform-independent programming environment that can operate on many different platforms, including Windows, Mac, Linux, etc. The command syntax of Java is very complex, and it is only recommended for students who already understand the fundamentals of coding.

Scratch is a graphical, drag-anddrop coding environment that was developed by M.I.T., and it allows students to connect colorful building blocks that represent the logical step-by-step instructions that a computer needs. Students are able to drag the building blocks that represent operations like conditional processing, looping, variables, X & Y coordinates, functions, and basic arithmetic calculations, and those building blocks snap together like puzzle pieces or Legos. Students can quickly develop and practice logical and critical thinking skills, without requiring a lot of typing experience. Although Scratch was primarily intended for young students with very little coding experience, many adults have been

able to implement very sophisticated multi-player, multi-level video games using Scratch.

Python is a typed command-line language that has a very simple and understandable syntax and is very easy to learn. It is a great tool for learning the basic logical elements of all computer programming languages, and it has excellent on-line diagnostics and reference documentation. As a result, Python’s popularity has sky-rocketed, and so many software engineers are now learning to code using Python. This should be the first command-line language that any student learns.

HTML / CSS / JavaScript are the coding languages used to create every website on the Internet. HTML stands for “Hyper-Text Markup Language”, and it is used to create the textual and graphical content that every web page in the world uses. It is more of a page mark-up language, rather than a logical, execution-based

C, C++ and C# are more advanced programming languages that are used for many of today’s commercial software applications. Those languages are extremely powerful and flexible, but also very complex and difficult to learn. Fortunately, Python is overtaking these languages because it offers most of the same features and capabilities, without the steep learning curve. As a result, many more people are learning Python today than ever before.

Swift is the development environment from Apple Computer that is used to create iOS Mobile Apps for your iPhone or iPad. This platform requires much more experience with the basic logical coding elements. It also requires a Macintosh system (like a MacBook) and some special software that needs to be installed.

Unity is a 3-D Game Development Engine that was used to create the very popular Pokemon Go series of video games. In addition to the built-in three-dimensional graphic editing tools,

This platform also uses C++ for defining the executable behavior of the project. This tool requires download and installation on a laptop or desktop computer (Windows is preferable). This platform should only be attempted by more experienced coders.

REMOTE LESSONS DURING COVID-19 QUARANTINE

While the entire world is still in lock-down because of the COVID-19 pandemic, many public schools are offering remote lessons over the Internet. That’s good, but you want to ensure that the school you select for providing coding lessons offers remote lessons with a live instructor on the other end of the connection. Ask what type of video-conferencing tools they use (i.e. the popular web-based “ZOOM” software). In particular, ask if the following capabilities are available -- and all of the answers had better be “YES”:

Can the students see a live video of their instructor?

Can the instructor see a live video of their students?

Can the students see a live video of each other (if there is more than one student)?

Can everyone share their screen back-and-forth?

Can the instructor remotely “annotate” a student’s screen to highlight and draw attention to specific commands or areas of the screen? Note that this capability is not available on most ChromeBook systems, but it is available on Windows or Mac systems.

Are the web-links for the remote sessions password-protected and filtered using a “waiting-room” mechanism, to prevent unauthorized participants from dropping-in unannounced to your student’s lesson and presenting inappropriate audio or video content (commonly known as “Zoom-Bombing”).

“Music Teacher of Excellence” Award

Keith Hancock is a champion of music. Not just that, he’s a champion for students.

So it came as no surprise to those who know him that Hancock was honored by the Country Music Awards as a Music Teacher of Excellence. The awards ceremony has been postponed due to the COVID-19 pandemic, and is expected to be rescheduled either for the summer or fall.

“He has been such a great role model for his students and by far the most influential role model I’ve had,” said Tesoro senior Carly Sherman, who’s been part of the program for four years. “I’m definitely really grateful for his department and what he’s created because I’m never going to forget what he’s taught me… I’m so blessed to have a teacher like this in my life.”

“He deserves every single award everywhere. He’s just an incredible teacher,” Sherman said.

Since schools have been closed, Hancock has reimagined music education and created virtual lessons to continue education until the students can gather in person again.

“Obviously, we can’t make music together, which is the hardest part,” Hancock said. “There’s nothing in technology that allows us to make music in real time together, but we are utilizing Google Classrooms as a main hub of connection.”

Students are watching videos on vocal health and taking care of their voice, creating video responses to journal prompts, and practicing their music theory, music history, and sight singing lessons. They also are writing their own music.

“Hopefully at some point we’ll get to either perform or record that music,” he said.

To become a Music Teacher of Excellence, teachers must submit an

application that details their exemplary teaching, student learning and engagement, a positive contribution to the school and community, and continued professional and personal growth.

Hancock, the Grammy and the Recording Academy 2017 Music Educator Award winner, has those in spades.

“One thing that’s unique about our choral program is that it excels in a lot of different ways,” Hancock said. “I prioritize creating global citizens in my classroom, so we’re always singing music from different cultures around the world. We travel annually to different places in the world to bring our music and learn about the culture.”

He and the choir program will each receive $2,500.

“It’s just a great thing when culture and society values the arts,” Hancock said. “More than anything I want the public to know that arts education is something to be valued, promoted, and strengthened from kindergarten through high school.”

Choir members have visited at least nine countries and have traveled around the United States performing as well. The group had planned a trip to Italy in June, but that has been cancelled amidst the novel coronavirus response and worldwide travel restrictions.

Tesoro has seven choirs: Madrigals, Advanced Women’s Ensemble, Vo-

cal Ensemble, Concert Choir, Men’s Choir, Barbershop Quartet, and Beautyshop Quartet. The program has been recognized as a Grammy Signature School of Excellence among other accolades and puts on five major concerts a year in addition to performances at choir festivals. Choir members also hold an annual charity concert and sing at community events.

“(Choir has) taught me how to be a better person and find a place in high school,” said senior Michael Brungardt, who’s been in the choir program for four years. Brungardt said he’s learned leadership skills, has gained confidence performing solos, and has made him more articulate.

Hancock said he feels for the students now that schools are temporarily closed, especially the seniors.

“This is not the way high school is supposed to end,” Hancock said. “Oftentimes I’m wrapping up not just this semester or this year, but really four years of a relationship that we’ve built… it’s hard to think of doing that without a proper farewell.”

Hancock’s wife, Carly, is an elementary school music teacher for Capistrano Unified School District.

“I get to see how music and the arts changes lives every single day,” Hancock said. “And it should be treated as important as what society has deemed the core subjects. Music should be valued for its own sake not just how it helps people do better in other subjects. In the music classroom, there is an atmosphere of collaboration, creativity, and global citizenship, which is I think something that most classrooms should be striving for. It’s inherent in what we do.”

How to Encourage Inquiry-Based Learning Over the Summer

In school, teachers use inquiry-based learning to increase student engagement. It nurtures curiosity and excitement in students and gives children the authority to learn independently. Inquiry-based learning also allow for more student-led or open-ended learning, which is a great compliment to traditional models of learning where teachers follow a set curriculum as the leader of the class. During an inquiry-based lesson, teachers pose open-ended problems or questions to students, encouraging curiosity and class participation.

No matter what type of learning happens in your child’s classroom, you can certainly encourage inquiry-based learning at home over the summer.

BE AWARE OF YOUR CHILD’S INTEREST AND CURIOSITIES

Imagine your family is spending a summer day on an easy hike at a park. During the hike, your child excitedly points out the flowers growing along the trail or questions why certain trees have different types of branches, bark or leaves. They may notice the different birds and unique sounds they make. When your child mentions

something that sparks their curiosity and gets them excited, you can give them a little nudge to find out more.

Use an inquiry-based approach by:

Asking them to come up with one main question they’d like to find an answer to: That might be “Which flowers or trees grow best in our region?” or “Why do birds make different sounds?”

Helping your child come up with smaller questions that help them with the main question: For example, those might be “What is the climate of our region, and what type of plants grow in this climate?” Or, “How does a bird make sounds, and what are the sounds for?”

Asking your child to investigate their questions: You can guide them by taking them to the library to find books on the topics, finding resources online or helping them write down what they find. No matter the results of their research, be sure to record it. Asking questions and investigating is an important part of the inquiry-based learning process.

When you encourage this method of learning away from school, and during the summer, your child will get into the habit of self-directed learning.

YOUR CHILD PLENTY OF OPPORTUNITIES FOR LEARNING

Inquiry-based learning is a child-centric, independent approach. Letting kids participate in interesting activities allows them to further question and investigate the world around them. Summer break is a great time for kids to participate in these activities, either on their own, with friends, or with the whole family.

Summertime activities that spark learning might include:

Going to a local museum

Making a bird or butterfly feeder

Attending summer camp

Writing a letter to school friends

Visiting a national park

Starting a garden

Having an outdoor scavenger hunt

Going to the library

Building a backyard fort or treehouse

Going berry picking

Observing the stars from your backyard

Choosing a mix of new activities and your child’s favorite activities is sure to trigger their curiosity. When you encourage them to explore that topic further, they’ll improve their independent learning skills.

The Art of Living Intentionally

I love my life. I am blessed with a career that I am passionate about, a healthy family whom I love dearly, and wonderful friends who enrich my life. Life is good.

Imanage my busy life well...or at least I thought I did. A typical day in my life looks something like this:

I get myself and my family up and out the door (don’t forget to feed the dog); work all day; “John, can you leave work early and get Sam to hockey practice? Ben has a lacrosse game at 5pm tonight.”; fit in a Pilates class (Me Time!); I can’t forget to call Mom and Dad back in Michigan to see how Dad is recovering from his surgery; cheer on my boy from the bleachers; Dinner time! (thank God my husband is an amazing cook); clean up; Did I remember to send my sister-in-law a birthday card? I can always send her a funny meme on Facebook tomorrow; “Is your homework done?”; “What time is your practice tomorrow so we can all eat dinner together?”; maybe time a little TV or a chapter of a good book; “Honey don’t forget we have dinner

with the Steeles on Saturday!” Then out like a light only to start my routine over again day after day.

And then our CEO said to me, “Becky, I think you should work from home until all of this is over.” The shutdown happened and I had time. No more sports or practices, no dinner with friends, no lunch dates or Friday drinks with co-workers.

I’ve used this time as a gift; my reflection has helped me see that too often my focus was on getting through the day, the week, the month rather than living in the moment - my moment - as messy as it can be at times.

I’ve been practicing finding meaning in moments of my every day. It’s a deeply personal and individual journey. I cannot write a prescription for meaning making. There is no right

or wrong way and no “one-size-fitsall” approach. You have to create it for you, and I have to create it for me.

In my line of work, being present is something I practice daily. Coming alongside the grieving requires it. One thing I’ve realized about myself is how often I am connected to others through service. When I serve, I connect and that brings me immense joy. The past several weeks has forced me to find new ways to connect and has allowed me live more intentionally.

I’ve stopped comparing my life to others. I practice gratitude, even in the midst of heartache and struggle. I take in the moment, purposely connecting to my surroundings. I continually define my purpose, examining my passion to live for what is bigger than myself. I’m learning to be okay with everything in my life not being okay. I try to tune out distractions that keep me from connecting and rob me of time better spent.

It’s not about having everything figured out; it’s about examining my choices and being ok with my answers. It’s about finding what matters most to me. It’s about waking up each morning with a determined focus to live my very best life, despite illness, sorrow, loss, and hardship.
