Sian Beynon, 46, was joined by her husband, children and friends at You Hairdressing in North Street as she waved goodbye to her shoulder-length locks. It had been a month since the funeral of friend Fran House, who Sian had been close pals with since studying together at college in Yeovil. The money raised will go to Pancreatic Cancer Research Fund, a charity dedicated to improving research around the disease. Sian says that she hopes that by fundraising for the charity, she will raise more awareness of pancreatic cancer which sees only 5-8 per cent of people diagnosed,
