Reminder: Father Joe’s 25th This is just a friendly reminder about Father Joseph White, who has completed 25 years as a priest this month of June, in the Year of Our Lord 2016. He recently served as the Pastor of South Boston’s St. Vincent de Paul Parish here in South Boston, where he was known simply as “Father Joe”. Fr. Joe will celebrate a Mass of Thanksgiving for his many years of service next week on Saturday afternoon, June 25, at 4 p.m. This will be in St. Joseph’s Church, which is located at 68 William Cardinal O’Connell Way (near Mass General Hospital in Boston’s West End). An Open House Reception will follow; anyone and everyone who knew Fr. Joe is cordially invited to attend. See you there.
