Our Lady of Good Voyage Shrine Dedicated
Education Secretary Peyser to Speak at NDEC’s Silver Anniversary Celebration

City Council Candidate Ed Flynn To Serve As Emcee James Peyser, Massachusetts Secretary of Education, will be the keynote speaker at the Notre Dame Education Center’s 25th anniversary celebration, to be held Thursday, May 4, at the Venezia Restaurant in Boston.
