JBL Professional installed audio line-up expands with integration of Duran Audio Intellivox and Axys HARMAN has incorporated Duran Audio’s worldclass array of loudspeakers for unique installed sound applications into the JBL Professional brand. With no changes to the products themselves, the rebranding as JBL Intellivox and JBL Axys extends further the industry’s most comprehensive installed loudspeaker line-up and presents a clear and unified system solution to end clients. Intellivox loudspeakers are known for delivering unmatched fidelity in some of the most challenging and prestigious venues around the world, where speech intelligibility is a paramount requirement. “We are excited to add these wonderful, leading-edge products to the JBL lineup,” said Rick Kamlet, Senior Market Manager for Intellivox Products, JBL Professional. “Intellivox is a name that is already synonymous with beam steering and speech intelligibility. BSS Audio has released the BLU50, a half-rack width addition to the Soundweb London line and the most cost-effective to date.
