Goal: To maintain communication with the Regional Director, Board of Directors,Committee Chairs, and members on financial issues of the region ● Served as a member of the Budget & Finance Committee ● Develop and distributed service letter regarding chapter statement and dues procedure

Goal: Enhance knowledge of the role of the chapter Tamiochus and improvecommunication with membership regarding operational changes ● Provided guidance on financial procedures per bylaws and operational procedures ● Used transmittal of funds form in excel to reduce mathematical errors ● Assisted with electronic payment system for chapter dues, fundraising and donations

GOALS & OBJECTIVES:

1. Work closely with Chapter Basilei, Regional Director and National Historian. 2. Perform duties assigned by the Regional Director and National Historian. 3. Collect, compile, and store a chronological record of Southwest Regional Historical events. 4. Compile and submit historical data as requested by Regional Director and National Historian. 5. Advise Chapter Historians/ Archives Chair on the analyzing, evaluating, and archiving historical Material. 6. Serve Chapter Historians as a source of information in terms of officer duties.

OUTCOMES: RECOMMENDATION(s):

1. Regional Historian attends Regional, Executive, Director’s as well as National Quarterly Meetings. 2. Uses Chapter Event data summaries and PowerPoint pictures as a tool in developing and submitting the Chi Eta Phi mandated Annual Historical report. 3. Restore and continue collection of PowerPoint pictures as a means of show casing Chapter activities. 4. Encourage Archives committee initiation of storing historical items digitally. 5. Collaboration with Regional Director and National Historian to provide fluid Sorority operations. 6. Maintains availability to Chapter Historians as a resource via text, telephone and email.
