H E AT H E R h o b r o c k riginally from Illinois, Heather moved to Naples in 1995 where she had vacationed with family since 1978. Her long-term relationship with Naples and the market enables her to provide invaluable perspective, history and insight on individual properties, markets and trends; important information

that helps clients in their decision making.

Heather has lived in Old Naples since 1998 and has had the opportunity to list and sell some of Naples’s most exquisite properties from Port Royal up to Bay Colony, as well as Grey Oaks and Estuary at Grey Oaks. This specialization gives her a thorough understanding of the tempo of these markets and relative values.

During her career, she also formed an interior design business and worked on new construction and renovation projects in Old Naples and surrounds. Heather’s past experience in design and construction has been extremely beneficial to clients, as it enables her to offer creative advice for buyers and sellers and develop unique marketing strategies.

She is a member of the Shelter for Abused Women-Next Generation Committee, Naples Historical Society, Naples Orchid Society, Big Brothers Big Sisters and the Naples Area Board of REALTORS®
