heryl is a broker associate with over 25 years of experience working in the luxury real estate market.

Her dedication to provide her clients with the highest level of service extends far beyond transactions creating a very loyal client base.

Her breadth of knowledge in the industry provides clients with confidence that they are in safe hands as she assists

them through the intricacies of real estate, whether buying or selling. Clients trust Cheryl to provide them with the most accurate information regarding the local real estate market and how to best market and sell their home.

Underscoring her devotion to provide clients with unparalleled service through continuing education, she has earned numerous designations including Certified Sales Negotiator and Certified Residential Broker. She has served on the Legal Resources Committee and the Broker Committee for the Naples Area Board of REALTORS速.

Cheryl has been involved in community organizations including the Collier County Humane Society, Baby Basics, Collier County Cat Coalition, Naples Community Hospital, NAMI, and past moderator at Naples United Church of Christ.

In her leisure time, she enjoys working in her flourishing flower garden and on oil paintings, many of which are inspired from trips abroad. Her rescue dog and cats provide a daily source of entertainment and enjoyment. Originally from Southington, Connecticut, she has resided in Naples since 1990; she is happily married to Ed Kaulbers.
