ith 22 years of experience as a registered investment adviser and three generations of family real estate investment history in the area, Terry Hayes is a valuable resource. She shows clients how they can creatively purchase property and gives them expert advice on planning, managing and growing

their real estate portfolios.

Terry grew up in the Washington D.C. area and graduated with a teaching degree from East Carolina University in Greenville, N.C. After teaching in the Denver, Colorado area for seven years, she received her license as a registered investment adviser and enjoyed a successful career with an investment planning firm for 22 years.

Terry’s family has owned property on Anna Maria Island for five decades and she has vacationed there since she was a child. Over the years, she has had numerous investments on the island. Eventually, Terry returned to Southwest Florida and quickly recognized the potential of real estate in the region. “I was attracted to Premier Sotheby’s International Realty because it has a very committed team and leadership,” Terry says.
