The Homeless People's Party is an A5 comic book presentation of harm reduction and social workers' network developed by the Carusel Association, in Bucharest. This is the result of a day spent alongside part of the team, and snippets of the introduction are taken from homeless friends in the Cotroceni neighbourhood.
