Bike on David Almazan negotiates one of the berms at the new North Face bike park at the south end of town. The two-acre park includes two pump tracks (beginner and advanced), three jump lines (with table tops, step ups, gaps, berms and rollers), and a flow line and skills perimeter trail. The bike park — which is snugged up to White Hill — is bordered by the skateboard park, tennis/pickelball courts and baseball field. Word has it the park has seen tons of action since opening about a month ago. Volunteers are always welcome to help maintain the facility on Thursdays from 5:30 to 7:30 p.m. and Sundays from 9:30 to 11:30 a.m. Photo by Lynn Burton
