Snakes alive The Denver Zoo’s Lauren Morales (shown here) and Kelli Gorman rolled up to the Carbondale Branch Library in a customoutfitted van on Tuesday, bringing with them an African giant millipede, Harris hawk, giant African bullfrog, three-banded armadillo and bald python. Their entertaining and informative presentation was part of the Garfield County Library’s Summer Reading performance series, and it played to a packed house that ranged from preschoolers to at least one senior citizen and numerous parents.
