Left to right: Ellie Mae, Opie and Andy were lucky dogs at last Saturday’s Spring Clean Up Day at town hall because they attracted lots of attention and no doubt enjoyed it. Owners Rusty and Jo Jones seemed to also enjoy the smiles from cell phone photographers who took home a reminder of the day. For more on Spring Clean Up, please turn to page 5. O’Gara and Steve Standiford own Steve’s Guitars in the Dinkel Building, which attracts local and touring musical acts, and is known for its intimate, living room style set up. O’Gara has been diagnosed with stage 4 breast cancer and is undergoing treatment. Puchkoff and Durham work with her at Valley View Hospital. “When we heard about the diagnosis, we just wanted to do something,â€? Puchkoff said. Although covered by insurance, the bills are starting to mount for O’Gara and Standiford, and she is also unable to work full time. The beneďŹ t will take place from 5 to 10 p.m. at the Orchard and admission is $15 at the door, which covers
