Sophisticated Society: Presented by Genesis Diamonds

With so many fundraisers, galas, events and concerts canceled or postponed, many organizations and artists are still determining new dates to schedule. Here are a few we have been following and some dates for the coming months. We look forward to seeing you there!

12-21 PRISM at OZ OZ Arts presents a Live Theatrical Performance Combining Dance and Live Music, set in an Immersive Installation Designed for Socially Distanced Audiences. The vast OZ Arts Warehouse is transformed for this live performance experience featuring original choreography by Nashville’s David Flores and original music performed live under the direction of George Miller. The performance will be repeated in 40-minute cycles over the course of several days, allowing hundreds of local art lovers the chance to experience live contemporary performance while following social distancing measures and wearing masks. Tickets for PRISM are $15 and are available now at https://www.ozartsnashville.org/prism. Following the March 12th premiere, performances will continue March 1314 and March 19-21 with matinee and evening options available on the weekends.

27 Nashville Wine Auction/Pairings@Home Livestream Auction with wine presentations from six featured vintners:Each of the six vintners will present a virtual wine tasting of their wine as attendees follow along at home. Packages are available that include each of the wines and a cheese/charcuterie board to pick up at City Winery. The livestream event will include a pre-telecast, silent and live auctions and a post-telecast. Established in 1980, the Nashville Wine Auction has raised more than $27 million for cancer organizations whose purpose is directly related to cutting-edge research, innovative treatment, and family/caregiver support.
