A man of “Universal Genius” his technological prowess led to many inventions far ahead of their time. His drawings included astronomy, anatomy, botany and paleontology just to name a few. His “Mona Lisa” painting remains the most famous portrait ever. “The Last Supper” is equally heralded as the most reproduced religious painting ever created. His thoughts, drawings, and paintings have had a lasting impact on human history. This collection is a tribute to the man and his time.

Spring Brook I love gardens and gardening, and I would devour the seed catalogs that arrived in my mailbox in January. I’d make lists of seeds and plants to order, and visit nurseries and greenhouses in the spring to plan my flower garden. But I don’t have much of a “green thumb” so the gardens were always in my dreams. Until now. With Spring Brook, I can plant my garden as a quilt. A profusion of spring flowers, seed packets, and buzzing bees are colored in the soft yellow, white and gray of Pepper & Flax, and a pretty shade of blue, just for fun. As the winter snow melts away, and the grass, trees and flowers burst with new life, my flower garden has come to life.

Elinore's Endeavor Elinore Pruitt Stewart was born in 1876 in the Indian Territory of what is now Oklahoma. Having raised her siblings after her parents died, she married, only to be widowed before her daughter was born. After moving to Denver, she went to work for Henry Clyde Stewart of Wyoming, writing letters of daily life and events on a homestead that were published in Atlantic Monthly, and then as a book, “Letters from a Woman Homesteader”. Elinore eventually married Mr. Stewart, had more children and continued to write letters that sincerely and frankly recorded the rigors of daily homestead life and the happy events shared with neighbors. The endeavors of this independent, hard-working woman serve as the inspiration for Elinore’s Endeavors, a line that combines beautiful florals with sweet prints.

Curated Fabric Catalog Our mission is simple: to provide the best products and services to our customers at the lowest prices possible. SewEndipitous was born out of a love of remembering . . . a childhood surrounded by sewing, quilting, and crafting. It came from those precious memories of grandmothers, aunts, and my mother Emily Sue; watching these ladies sew, quilt, crochet and knit with love in every stitch for friends and family. I learned all my skills young and fostered them as I grew. The joy and the passion of such traditional arts are something one just can't explain – it must be experienced. The truth is these often lost arts, once discovered, are best defined as SewEndipitous - Where Unexpected Happiness is Found in Every Stitch!
