Rosebud Bath Soak This luxurious Rosebud Bath Soak is an absolute dream to help you unwind after a long day. It contains sea salt that softens and soothes skin, peach oil rich in vitamin E, uplifting geranium oil and nourishing almond oil. With a wealth of benefits, this bath soak is both calming and nurturing.

It also makes a wonderful gift, especially when presented in a pretty jar.

Peach essential oil Almond oil Geranium essential oil 1kg Dead Sea salt A handful of rosebuds 3tbsp vodka Pink food colouring

Pour the vodka into a small bowl and add 5 drops of food colouring, 15 drops of peach essential oil, 15 drops of almond oil and 15 drops of geranium essential oil. Stir until the mixture is thoroughly blended. Put the Dead Sea salt into a large bowl, give the vodka mixture a final stir and then pour it over the salt. Keep turning the salt crystals over with a spoon for a few minutes. After three days give the bath salts one last stir and then layer into pretty jars, sprinkling the rosebuds between each layer. Scoop a handful into your bath and enjoy a deliciously uplifting soak.

Sparkly Raspberry Lemonade This sparkling raspberry lemonade is wonderfully refreshing and a perfect addition to any summer celebration. Bursting with flavour and with its jewel-like colour it’s absolutely worth the little effort it takes to make.

Serves 6 300g Fresh raspberries 250ml Fresh lemon juice 125ml Cold water 50g Golden caster sugar 160g Honey 1L Sparkling water Fresh mint and ice to serve

Purée the raspberries in a food processor until smooth and then pass through a fine sieve, using a wooden spoon to push through the pulp. Whisk the sugar with cold water and honey until it all dissolves. Stir in the raspberry pulp, lemon juice and sparkling water. Serve over ice with chopped, fresh mint.

Salmon and Crab Parcels These beautiful little parcels make a fantastic starter. They look impressive but could not be easier to make. Fresh seafood is always lovely to serve in summer and these salmon and crab parcels are particularly delicious, especially when served with a cucumber salad.

Serves 6 120g White crab meat 1tbsp Olive oil 1 Fresh chilli (seeds removed, finely chopped) Zest and juice of half a lemon 1 Ripe avocado, cut into small chunks A generous handful of chopped coriander, leaves only Salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste 400g Smoked salmon in large slices To decorate: 12 Coriander leaves 6 Chives 18 Pomegranate seeds Gently mix the crab, oil, chilli, lemon juice, and zests, avocado and chopped coriander together.

Taste and season accordingly. Lay out the salmon slices (you may need a couple of slices per parcel but they stick together quite nicely) into approximatley 15cm squares, spoon a dollop of the mixture into the centre and fold in the edges to form a little parcel. Turn over and decorate with a chive, two coriander leaves and three pomegranate seeds. Enjoy with friends and a sparkly glass of bubbly.
