NOTICES
The saunas are now open for use. Sópers House members get full access. You can find them on the ground floor. The roof terrace will be ready soon! Just as the weather is starting to turn for the better, our fabulous terrace will be open so you can enjoy the open air. The Replenish Clinic and Body Sculpture treatment rooms will be open from 1st April, as well as E&C Nails who are open now.

Each of our rooms offer space to meet for up to 14 people or, with the withdrawal of a soundproof partition wall, this can be expanded to accommodate up to 28 – offering flexibility to suit your requests. Our Auditorium is the perfect space to cater for larger audiences, presentations, or lectures with the capacity to seat 60 people.

What does a typical day in the life of Sópers look like to you?
My morning starts with welcoming all our lovely clients into their studio classes and from there the daily tasks vary from day-to-day. No two days are the same, that’s what makes it Sópers!
Where do you see yourself in 10 years?
I don’t like to think to far ahead, tomorrow is never promised. I’d love to be a PA one day so I am motivated to make that happen!
Whats your biggest accomplishment this month?
What’s the best place you have travelled to?
Lake Garda is the most beautiful place in the world, so far. But nothing tops visiting my grandparents in Naples!
What’s the most exciting part of your job?
Seeing new visitors faces as they come through the doors. I love it when people ask about the décor, makes me really appreciate working in such a beautiful establishment.
Where did you work before Sópers?
MADELINE IS CHASING ARTWORK
My biggest accomplishment this month would be a personal one of getting onto the property ladder and buying my very own first home!
What is the biggest challenge you have faced this month?
The biggest challenge I have faced this month is handing over membership tours to our new membership manager, as I’ve enjoyed getting to know new clients from their first tour, but I’ve gained so much experience in the process, so I am very grateful for that.
When you were a kid, what did you want to be when you grew up?
Growing up I never aspired to be anything but happy. I have well and truly achieved that!
I worked within the construction industry – groundwork is a far cry from working at Sópers House!
How do you like to relax and unwind after your workday?
I go to the gym most evenings, I enjoy TED talks and I like to meditate before bed.
What app do you use the most on your phone?
Whatsapp. Although personally I think smartphones are a curse to society!
What habit are you trying to get into (or get out of)?
I always try making gratitude lists daily, but I have trouble keeping it up. I’d like to get into the habit of making it a daily practice no matter how busy my day gets!

A night of magic!
On February 24th, Sópers House presented our very first night of magic! Our magicians David and Henry, performed a variety of stand up and close-up magic in-between a 3-course meal.
With potted rabbit or artichoke tart for starter, chicken supreme/ vegetarian pithivier for main and a chocolate dome, pistachio sponge and raspberry mousse for dessert, people sat down to some excellent food while enjoying the entertainment.

On Sunday, March 20th, we helped raise £300 for the New Start charity with our Beef&Box event. Victor Smith (@victorsmithboxing) gave people the chance to spar with him for 2 minute rounds in the Sópers House ring.
After the fun, a 3 course meal followed including a roast beef dinner for friends and family.

MOTHER’S DAY AT MOTHER’SSÓPERS DAY AT SÓPERS
Sunday 27th March was Mother’s Day and to celebrate Sópers House held a special event in the restaurant. The chefs rustled up some topclass food for those in attendance, including a cold buffet starter, a delicious beef roast and an equally delicious selction of desserts.
Guests included families with three generations seated at the table, and as a special treat, mums were given a seasonal gift to take home.
