Each chapter of my booklet unfolds a unique part of my artist journey, chronicling the weeks from 1 to 9. Like turning the pages of a story, each chapter reveals the steady rhythm of my thoughts, methods, and explorations, showcasing how I’ve consistently approached understanding and expressing my speculations. It is not just a collection of words or visuals— it’s an invitation to see the world through my eyes while interpreting it in your own way. Every page has been thoughtfully designed to inspire deeper reflections, offering glimpses into the creative process that shaped my journey.
This booklet is more than just a record—it is a tapestry of experiences woven together. It brings together reflections and lessons from inspiring lectures, thought-provoking site visits, and encounters with remarkable artists. From the walls of our school to the immersive artistic spaces we explored, each moment was a chapter of growth and discovery.
What makes this journey even more memorable is the company of my friends in the Design Proposition class. Together, we shared ideas, explored perspectives, and learned from one another, transforming every class into a lively and meaningful exchange of creativity. My bedroom is my daydreaming space, where each wall sparks a different imagination throughout the day. Facing the plain wall while working with my laptop helps calm my mind and brings focus, allowing me to think clearly. Turning to the right, I see a window and a large tree behind my house, a familiar sight since childhood. Gazing at the tree and the sky inspires me to think creatively and beyond the ordinary. It feels like a window to endless possibilities.
Across the room lies an uncultivated flower garden, abandoned since I was in primary school. Over time, it has transformed into a bushy, resembling a small forest. I dream of turning this space into a lively mini zoo in one day, a place full of life and wonder.
On the left-hand side, my favourite wall houses my guzheng, a treasured instrument. When working on assignments, I like to take short breaks to play them. The soothing melodies help reduce my stress and clear my thoughts, offering a much-needed escape from overwhelming tasks. In this special room, every corner holds memories and dreams. It’s a space where my imagination roams freely, allowing me to dream, create, and find comfort in my world.
