The four-hour Day Tour starts at 11 a.m., exploring downtown Healdsburg with stops at three boutique wineries and two venues for food. THROUGH JaNUaRy 1 Windsor’s Charlie Brown Christmas Tree Grove — First lighting at the 19th annual Windsor Holiday Celebration on Dec. 5th. Meander through over 200 trees decorated with personalities reflective of the community groups that created them. View the beautiful lighted trees and chasing rainbow icicle lights. Trees are lit at 7 p.m. Listen to streaming holiday music, shop and dine at local businesses around the Green. A special mailbox enables kids to send letters to Santa (and receive responses). DEcEmbER 14 Santa Fly-In — Join in the Pacific Coast Air Museum’s Open Cockpit event to see Santa Claus fly in on a helicopter to visit with kids and listen to their Christmas wishes. Children can enjoy lots of fun activities and, as with each Open Cockpit event, everyone gets a chance to get up close to selected aircraft and peek inside. The 12th night singers provide entertainment by caroling through the dining rooms dressed in period costumes from the 19th century. Occidental Community Choir — Creative, quirky and consistently melodious, Directress and alumna Sarah Saulsbury will spin yarns and lovingly lead the 50-member ensemble through a trip down memory lane, as they revisit some of the best-loved songs of the winter holiday season written by choir members past and present. Skillfully weaving together song and story, poetry and theatrics, plus fine instrumental accompaniment, the OCC offers a joyful and eclectic winter holiday concert experience unlike any other you will find. There will be caroling, sing-a-longs and special alumni events.

— The 10th annual event will honor the first responders who saved Windsor from the Kincade wildfire with a hot full-course traditional holiday meal consisting of oven-roasted turkey, gravy, stuffing, mashed potatoes, candied yams, assorted vegetables, salad, cranberry sauce, rolls & butter and a variety of tasty desserts.
