This project involves the redesign and improvement of a personal space, such as a house or apartment. The focus is on modifying the room layout, incorporating new materials, and adding furniture to enhance the overall ambiance. The use of SketchUp and Lumion is integral to visualize and render the proposed changes, offering a detailed and realistic representation of the upgraded space. Through this remodeling endeavor, the goal is to transform the place into a more aesthetically pleasing and functional environment.
1. Removing a wall between the kitchen and dining room in order to have easier access between the two rooms
2. Also removing a wall between the living room and dining room. Turning three rooms into one.
3. Move the front house wall to the front to create a hallway that goes from the garage to the house.
4. Remodeling Exterior Home
The eco-friendly Community Center blends natural clay bricks, green spaces, and solar panels for sustainability, with features like a second-floor vegetable garden and glass facades connecting indoor and outdoor areas, providing residents with a harmonious environment
