We are delighted to unveil the next chapter in our culinary story - the grand reopening of our new restaurant along with our private dining and event space at The Benjamin Royal Sonesta Hotel. The Parliament serves breakfast, lunch, dinner and weekend brunch. Chef Rakmin Lee brings his vision of a contemporary American dining menu to life offering signature American cuisine concentrating on locally sourced ingredients prepared with classic techniques. The beverage program features a wide selection of cocktails, including low ABV options, and a variety of wines, among other libations that celebrate the building’s history. It will be part of the restaurant’s happy hour programming, which aims to make it a “go-to” spot for the after-work crowd.

The architectural beauty of Hotel Beverly was the subject of Georgia O'Keeffe’s artwork. O'Keeffe fell in love with the view while she was house hunting. Thirty stories high, overlooking Lexington Avenue inspired her to paint "New York Night." The painting features Hotel Beverly and the iconic rosette at the top of the building. Finished in 1929, the piece's nocturnal aspect is described best by O'Keeffe, "like a very tall thin bottle with colored things going up and down inside it."
