Terms Swing Seats, Rockabyes, Benches, Day Beds and Pergolas are subject to a £250 deposit (for bespoke commissions the deposit may be higher), with the balance payable prior to delivery. Cheques should be made payable to Sitting Spiritually Ltd, you can pay by bank transfer (ask for details), online payment or we can take all major credit/debit cards over the phone.

Delivery Delivery is priced according to distance. We deliver anywhere in the UK as well as overseas.

How long will I wait? Products are usually made to order: allow up to 7 days for uncarved rope swings and up to 10 days for carved rope swings. For all other commissions we suggest you allow 4 weeks for us to make it for you (this can be longer during particularly busy times).

Rope swings

5 Year Guarantee All our products come with a full 5 Year Guarantee against defects in materials or workmanship. The total capacity of swing seats is 400 kgs or 350 kgs with springs. The Swinging Day Beds are calibrated up to 500kgs with their heavy duty springs. Please see our website for full details.

How long will they last? It will depend on how well they are looked after. Regular cleaning of the unpainted items to remove algae and dirt and care in siting to avoid bare ground contact and tightening the fixings will really extend the life. Similarly, on the painted items regular rubbing down and repainting every 3 years, paying particular attention to the top joints on the frame, is highly recommended.

Liability Only the Trilogy and Single High Frame are suitable for a play area. All others are designed for gentle swinging, rocking, sitting or lying. Sitting Spiritually has no control over the hanging arrangements of rope swings, swing seats or pergolas, or over the way in which any of its products are used. It is the responsibility of the person(s) installing and using such products to ensure that the chosen support is capable of bearing the load imposed, to check any ropes for wear and tear, and replace when appropriate. None of these terms affects your statutory rights.

Returns If you are not entirely happy with any product you purchase from us, for whatever reason, return it in its original packaging and good condition within 14 days of delivery for a full refund of the purchase price and the return delivery cost. 26
