Executive Summary Scarce inventory, slow-moving listings Four Phenom 300s are available worldwide against 503 aircraft in operation — 0.8% of the fleet, down from 19 aircraft and 3.7% a year ago. Only one carries a published asking price, at $8.495M. Absorption sits at 0.9 months. Supply has collapsed while time-to-sell has stretched. For-sale count is off 79% year over year, yet average days on market has climbed 92% to 465 days, with the longest-standing listing at 1,139 days. Both readings describe the same market: very little to buy, and what remains has been sitting. The real turnover happens off the listing sheet. Seventy-one aircraft traded at retail over the past twelve months against a peak listed inventory of twenty. Fractional and program fleets dominate the type — NetJets, Flexjet, NetJets Europe and Airshare together account for roughly two-thirds of all Phenom 300 flight activity — and their block transfers, not brokered listings, move most of the fleet. Closed retail over the past year ran from $6.995M to $9.995M, averaging $8.139M, with vintage rather than hours setting the spread: 2016–2017 aircraft closed near $9.85M–$10.0M while 2010–2012 airframes cleared at $6.995M– $7.595M. The four currently listed are 2011–2016 at 2,530 to 3,097 hours. What is left is split evenly — two in North America, two in South America. Fleet-wide the type is 69.0% U.S.-based (347 aircraft) against 31.0% non-U.S. (156), so the on-market half sitting in Brazil is disproportionate to where the fleet actually lives.

Your Phenom Partner A Phenom 300 is a multimillion-dollar decision shaped by airframe hours, Pratt & Whitney PW535E engine program status, avionics fit, and a market where three of four available aircraft carry no published price and seventy-one aircraft traded last year almost entirely away from the listing sheet. Soma Jets lives in this niche. With founders drawing on 25 years in aviation, we guide buyers and owners across the full lifecycle — from the first market scan to years of trouble-free operation.
