Editorial The value of this project is an indispensable lever for León society Julio César Álvarez Círculo Empresarial Leonés President

SOLTRA´ s story runs almost parallel to Círculo Empresarial Leonés (CEL), not only because they were born practically in the same year, 2000 and 1999, respectively, but also because both institution trajectories have been driven by an important desire and motivation: to improve society and Leon´ s economy, commiting ourselves to social responsibility. And, also, because we have shared indelible moments and valuable people who have left their mark on our common intrahistory. One of those people, and undoubtedly, the most important was Mr. Antonino Fernández, Grupo Modelo chairman and SOLTRA founding partner, who received the recognition of the Leon Business Cicle in 2010, symbolized by our Golden Circle. We all knew how excited Antonino was with this project and that was the main reason we agreed on granting him with the award. Collected by Ernesto Lejeune on his behlaf, it recognized his efforts and the good work made by SOLTRA and as a spur that would serve as a model for other succesful projects. sence of Antonino Fernández has only strengthened and enlarged the project and the values of SOLTRA. Another important person that CEL and SOLTRA share is Jose Antonio Idoeta, company manager and member of the management board of the CEL since 2014. Jose Antonio contributes effectively in the corporate governance and representation of our association, being responsable for the r e la t io n sh ip w it h o t her business associations. The third person we had the pleasure of receiving and meeting in León was Iñaki Alkorta, Gureak president and SOLTRA boardmember, with whom we had an interesting business meeting in 2016 where we could learn Gureak and SOLTRA philosophy. It helped us to demystify disability sharing with us their optimism and business vision for social and labor integration of people with disability. SOLTRA is a company that works with business criteria, putting heart and soul into it, seeking for benefits but favoring people . at fairest price through integral solutions in a wide range of services such as marketing, industrial assembly, logistics, laundry, gar d en in g an d o t h er s. It s t u r n o ver is approximately 20 million euros with a workforce of 500 workers in León, and now new 50 workers in Denmark. These figures, which far exceed the forecasts they had a decade ago, say a lot about company´ s success. The value of the project is an indispensable lever for León society , and thanks to that, people with different abilities are integrated into our society. We are proud and grateful that SOLTRA became one of the most representative companies in León which contributes so much to create job opportunities for people, whatever their capabilities are.

People Creating Opportunities We have been creating job opportunities for everyone regardless of his or her disability since 2000 convinced it´ s the best way for social inclusion. It is a challenge that we overcome each year thanks to many companies trust in us and hire our services. Thanks to all of them, employees and employers, because they motivate us to keep strengthening capabilities.

Social Responsibility is one of strategic axes in Vegalsa Eroski. We believe in a responsible social development model, based on relationships with our closest environment. For example, we work hard on training and employment inclusion through collaboration agreements with social entities. The objective is that different groups we work with achieve autonomy and society integration through work.

We believe that our franchises store model is open to be shared with entrepreneurs, cooperatives and social economy companies, with the aim of creating employment and wealth employability model based on the diversity an training of people. I am sure that it will be a long term partnership, because we share solid values such as teamwork, effort or personal development. I believe that SOLTRA will be a partner that we will learn a lot about and that will help us to continue improving. I am convinced that we will have the opportunity to open more stores with added value together. What is t he m ost out st anding t hing about SOLTRA at a professional level? I would highlight the commitment of the human team behind SOLTRA, its ability to generate and manage adapted work opportunities for people with disabilities, maximizing the skills needed for each position or task. In addition, they are responsible for

the process of adapting the staff in the position during the initial stage and maintains a permanent person follow up. Professionalism they carry out their activity , so I am sure that the store operation will be productive from the first day and therefore competitive, which is ultimately what every company needs to survive in the market. Finally , I would highlight enthusiasm and tenacity that have been transmitted to us, and that will continue to do so to carry out social economy and diversity new line of work. On the other hand we have an exciting challenge and an enormous responsibility that is to continue his legacy and keep growing in a sustainable way.

We are responsible individually and of course as a company about the planet that we leave to future generations. I think it is within everyone´ s reach to do things in a sustainable way. For this reason, in 2008 we were pioneers in putting this project in motion with Coruña University for the management of the waste that we generate, which we call Zero Waste. This project was envolving and now we not only recycle the waste generated by the store´ s own activity, but we also offer our customers the possibility to recycle in the clean points that we put at their disposal in our supermarkets. We are a food distribution company and therefore we are the first to avoid waste. We do this thanks to the "Zero Waste" program with which we donate those foods that are in perfect condition to consume. Vegalsa´ s founder Vent ura Gonzalez, has died recent ly. Brief News #WEAREEXTRAORDINARY CAMPAIGN #SOMOSEXTRAORDINARIOS

SOLTRA is carrying out this campaign during 2019. It is an initiative through which, each month, we tell the story of a person who has overcome a disability. Our goal is to show that, regardless of the capabilities of each person, we can all achieve our goals if we persevere.

This is why we have contacted twelve wonderful people who, despite having a disability, continue to fight every day to achieve their dreams. Among them are elite athletes, actors, journalists, writers and even a fashion designer, all who have shared their story with us.

Until today we appreciate the collaboration of: -

The mosaics of the chapels of the old Seminary are the works that we highlight today. It is a 96m 2 altarpiece mosaic made of pieces of marble, gresite, tile and opalita glass and cement, and the stained glasses of the Chamber of the Virgin of 32m 2. . They are influenced by Beato Angélico (in the drawing, the composition, the emotivity) and the painter Jose María de Labra (geometric abstract drawing and the oblong head shape tendency of some figures). There is a perfect combination of gray, tan, ocre, brick red, black and white tones where the figures possess individuality with a real presence, despite being inserted in a whole. Once again his work is born from the imitation of the divine creation, being able to reproduce, on a small scale, an artful creation.
