Development Growth Marks Biggest Expansion Year in Our History 2023 marks a pivotal moment for our company as we realize the largest geographic and center expansion year in our history. This exceptional growth can be largely attributed to new partnerships and strategic expansion in existing markets with new center locations. A major highlight of the year is our successful expansion in the Philadelphia region through a partnership with Jefferson Health. Adding to the achievements is the acquisition of Carolina Breast Imaging Specialists, which strengthens our position in North Carolina towards an “all state” strategy. Our momentum doesn’t stop there. Solis Mammography is currently undertaking active implementations across multiple markets. These include, but are not limited to, the greater Salt Lake City area, South Florida, Texas, North Carolina, and Denver. Our unwavering commitment to offering top-tier mammography services and highly dedicated teams is the driving force behind our success. As we wrap up one of the most successful years in the history of our company, I wanted to talk about what growth really means.

Former Olympian finds her breast health home with Solis Mammography We love talking to our patients and hearing their stories. Recently, we visited with Solis Mammography patient Pam Dukes about her mammography experience with us and why, to her, as a former Olympic athlete, the most important thing you have is your health.
It’s not just about numbers. It’s also about the human beings that those numbers represent. To our patients, growth gives us the ability to expand needed access in underserved areas of the country by bringing both our expertise and our one-of-a-kind experience to communities with known gaps in care. When we expand into new markets or partner with large health systems, it’s because of our singular strength in driving patient engagement, compliance and satisfaction in mammography services and medical imaging. No one does it better. We are a technical, innovation driven company. But we’re more than that. The nature of the work we do every day requires highly trained team members who skillfully function on the leading edge of healthcare. But the key to saving lives is the marriage of the technical component with the art of taking care of people. My favorite phrase is, “the art and science of early detection.” I think that’s how we can best sum up both our long-term mission and our daily purpose. For our team members, growth is a simple proposition. It allows each of us to continue to serve more people, save more lives, and impact more communities. As we close out the busiest time of the year, let’s remain focused on our mission and our purpose. Let’s make 2023 a truly momentous year. Thank you for everything you do. To officially kick off Breast Cancer Awareness Month, the Contact Center launched its Schedule One - Save One campaign. The Contact Center plays a significant role in changing and saving lives. Team members are empowered each day to be the difference in a patient’s journey. With Schedule One - Save One, when each team member schedules an appointment, they write the number of lives saved each day on a breast cancer awareness ribbon. Continued on page 5

Celebrating Mammo+Plus: Empowering our patients with personalized insights Mammo+Plus, the AI-driven one-year predictive score, has demonstrated strong patient adoption in the 14 centers we’ve launched in nationwide. Since the launch of Mammo+Plus in Houston, Denver, Ohio, and Miami, we have served more than 5,000 women through this pioneering product. Our AI predictive tool has shown predictive accuracy, allowing us to provide women with a clearer understanding of their future breast health. Over the course of the commercialization of Mammo+Plus we have learned valuable information from our patients through early adopter research. Our Mammo+Plus patients have told us they were most interested in Mammo+Plus due to three leading motivations; family history of breast cancer, interest in the clinical application of artificial intelligence, and wanting to gain additional peace of mind. Mammo+Plus is changing the game when it comes to individualized breast health knowledge. By leveraging the power of artificial intelligence, we are giving women access to personalized insights like never before while continuing to live out our mission of early detection and empowering women though peace of mind. Knowledge really is power.
Breast Cancer Awareness Month Email Campaign Facts: 219,682 emails sent to lapsed patients in the month of October. Our marketing email campaign included Solis Mammography, Washington Radiology, Progressive Radiology and Miami Breast Institute patients.

Get to Know Your IT Team It takes a lot of work behind the scenes to ensure our centers, corporate, and remote team members are able to deliver peace of mind to our patients. Infrastructure & Operations: This team covers a lot – configuring, and supporting computers/phones/ printers, working support tickets, setting up new team members, keeping our network up and available, taking care of our centers’ IT needs, and so much more. Clinical Application Support: These teams specialize in the configuration and support of our clinical apps – PACS systems that store our clinical images, our RIS systems that maintain our patient data, and our mammo reporting systems.

Enhancing Our Pre-Visit Clearance Processes on Behalf of Our Patients According to a 2019 survey, 75% of patients said they review their out-of-pocket expenses prior to receiving medical treatment. Over the last 12 months, the Solis Managed Care & Revenue Cycle team has been actively undertaking initiatives aimed at enhancing patient services by ensuring we verify each patient’s insurance status and out-of-pocket responsibility, prior to their appointment. Noteworthy accomplishments for 2023 include expanded estimate capabilities, establishing a real-time insurance eligibility review, introducing patient estimate reminders via text, deploying a financial clearance dashboard for site leaders, a comprehensive company-wide billing audit program, standard processes across all service lines, and recovering more than $700,000 in previously unpaid claim. By the end of 2023, we will also automate repetitive tasks, creating an even stronger pre-visit clearance process.
