INSPIRATIONAL LEADER OF THE YEAR Chhavi looks after the administration, operations and HR of the company. Her contribution has been instrumental in training manpower in India for this segment. She got on board several experts from across the globe to train engineers at the company and also help set up the government recognized R&D center. Under her aegis the company is also skilling their workforce in latest EV technology and are now looking to a greater growth.She is involved in complete business operations which has led the company to become one of the leading manufacturers and suppliers of batteries.

Vani Rikhy Mehra AVP Business Development & Sales, Euler Motors Pvt. Ltd.

BUSINESS DISRUPTOR OF THE YEAR Vani has led business development and customer engagement for the company, with an aim to have zero emission delivery for intra-city logistics in India.She comes with a work experience of over a decade, across business development and sales. Since her association with the company she has embraced a multi-faceted role for leading institutional sales for the brand. Her role has been titular in establishing a successful customer EV journey, where she has worked directly with customers to implement deployment models and replicate them across. Changing the development phase of the company, she is a true business disruptor.

CEO OF THE YEAR Prerana is one of the pioneers to convince the Indian Govt to offer active leadership roles to Women in Defence Services. Even after completing her term with IAF in 2004, she continued her efforts to push the cause to benefit many other women officers in succession.She remains the source of inspiration to many budding students whom she actively mentors.She has not only envisioned the the growth and progress path of a startup in the Electric Mobility OEM in India but also has taken up the challenge to hand hold the disruption in the industry by personally structuring and driving the company.

YOUNG INSPIRATIONAL LEADER OF THE YEAR Pooja is a seasoned HR professional with a work experience of over 18 years in the field of Human Resources Management and Development with multi-disciplinary experience of multinational corporations, in the Corporate as well as the Plant HR role.She has deployed cutting edge practices in Strategic Human Resource Management at both Corporate Office and at the Manufacturing Plant levels with key focus on managing Talent Pipelines, Industrial Relations, Strategic HR Management and CSR. A true inspiration for many in the industry she has skillfully helped the organization and its employees in achieving greater heights and goals even in the testing times.

She is the only woman in the team and always counted as a top performer in organization. She has maintained 100% business from some Key accounts.

Sahana L Junior Technical Expert, Deutsche Gesellschaft für Internationale Zusammenarbeit (GIZ)

TECHNICAL CONSULTING LEADER OF THE YEAR The key highlight of Sahana’s professional tenure has been in developing detailed policy papers for E-mobility and developing state approach papers for four states for future electric mobility strategy. In her present company she is an integral part of projects on Electric Vehicle charging infrastructure and grid integration. For the tasks under providing support for the implementation of Delhi EV policy 2020, she has significantly contributed for the technical sections of the public charging tender floated for installing EV chargers at 100 locations in Delhi.She has conceptualized a study on Vehicle-to-everything (V2X), one of its kind study for India and presently is supervising it.

She writes articles and blogs on EV charging infrastructure and the notable ones were published in the Renewable Watch Magazine.

MARKETING LEADER OF THE YEAR Sushma has a rich professional experience of 18+ years.She has entrusted with the responsibility to manage the entire EIS Business vertical (solar inverters,energy storage solutions, wind power, electric vehicle charging solutions and Energy IOT) as product lines.In her journey so far with the company she has in her own way, contributed to the growth of marketing activities and created new benchmarks by increasing the media outreach, built and nurtured media relations, planned and executed the co’s social media promotions making a great global outreach for the company.
