A Solar Panda shop is one that has been identified in a potential area with a good flow of customers. The potential of growth in this area is researched and ascertained beforehand. The Solar Panda shops are well branded in our deep yellow and black colors. Inside the shop we have the Shop Administrators who are in charge of the Stocks within the shop and also service customers who walk- into the shop.

What happens at the Solar Panda Shop?
Recruitment and Training (FSM responsible)
Stocking (Shop Administrator responsible)
Servicing (Shop Administrator and Customer care responsible)
Recruiting and training FAs (25 – 50 per shop) Generating 300-600 sales per month. The FSMs are always in the field with the FAs
Safely and securely storing devices and marketing materials. Serves as a pickup point for FA, FT and FSM stocks.
Warranty and repair support for customers Providing regular customer service for repairs, returns, and questions Selling to walk-in customers.
Solar Panda satellite shop
This is a shop set up in an area that shows potential for future growth. It consists of a smaller shop than the ordinary shop. It acts as a stock point for the
FSM and Field Agents.
The shop has minimum branding.
The FSM in this shop also plays the role of Shop administrator, goes to the field during certain hours and spends some time at the shop
Customers in these areas are informed on the hours to visit the shop for customer service, warranty, and troubleshooting.
Shop adherence, teamwork, and collaboration
The Shop Administrators are responsible for all issues to do with stock. The FSM must make sure that the Field Agents understand the rules around stock management and align. The Shop Administrators are the custodians of the store Keys and all laid out procedures should be followed Field Sales Managers and FAs are not supposed to hang around the shop unless they are holding meetings, training or have gone to collect stocks or direct customers to the shop. The FSM has to be the uniting factor, making sure that the Shop Administrators, the FAs, FTs all work as one Team

The main role of the Solar Panda Field Sales Manager is to:

13. Understand Solar Panda, our products, and other services. Drive the sales within their territory, achieve and surpass shop sales targets Recruiting and retaining productive Field Agents. Train, coach, mentor, and motivate Field Agents. Daily follow-up and support of Field Agents.. Ensure loan repayment levels are high, making sure customers are paying. Responsible for stock management at their level as well as stocks held by FAs Act as the bridge between the sales team and the Area Sales Manager. Ensure compliance by FAs in following stock management rules. Plan and attend shop meetings and trainings. Address Shop queries and foster teamwork and collaboration in the shop. Study what the competition offers and share feedback on the same. Always act with Integrity towards customers, as well as with Solar Panda staff. DO NOT lie, steal money, or involve yourself in other fraudulent activities.
