Stock holding is maintained throughout the year with several imports through the season.
Stock is managed on a fortnightly basis and sales volume tracked through the year to ensure good stock on hand at all times.
Should sales outstrip expected demand then we will be able to give at least 4 weeks notice to avoid outages.

Staff Training
In Store Training
During the Pre Season we visit each store and either install displays or revamp and tidy the previous years display. This visit is an ideal time to go through any new developments in our product range and a great opportunity to teach the basics of what we offer to new staff members. We cover:- Panel, battery and LED variants and explain the advantages of remote of fixed panels on a light. We also explain the additional functions that our lights have compared to traditional solar lights, such as USB charging, Edge Technology and our Power Saving function.
After Training
We have a printed booklet for staff to retain and have as a point of reference that covers all the basic training in more details and has information on The Solar Centre as a business. It also has a number of facts to help staff sell our lights and to encourage best performance of lights through an understanding of the sun's movement through the seasons.
