Solano County will receive nearly $5.7 million as part of California’s $5 billion investment in statewide transportation improvements. Projects include major Highway 12 upgrades in Rio Vista— resurfacing, widening, and sidewalk enhancements—and bridge improvements near Winters at Putah Creek. The funding supports safer roads, improved mobility, and sustainable infrastructure across local communities.
