CURRICULUM BREAKFAST SERIES
The SCOE Curriculum Breakfasts bring together curriculum and instruction leaders from across Solano County. Held quarterly during the school year, these gatherings foster collaboration, spotlight pressing educational issues, and promote the exchange of effective practices that strengthen systems and support student success Join district leaders for a focused conversation connecting MTSS, LCAP, and Universal Design for Learning (UDL) as a foundation for equitable, universal support for all students
TOPICOFDISCUSSION
Participants will:
Explore the “why” of UDL and its role in designing learning that works for all students
Align UDL with MTSS and LCAP priorities to build stronger, more coherent systems of support
Examine UDL through a district leadership lens, including how to support site leaders and teachers
Get introduced to the updated UDL 30 Guidelines
Learn how this work connects to the upcoming 3-Day Teacher UDL Institute
