A

letter from Andrew

welcome to our first annual Soho House membership guide. With so much planned for 2026, we thought it might be helpful to put it all into a book for you to pick up, read, and refer to time and again over the next 12 months. We like to think of this book as a handheld extension of our membership team: a one-stop source of information about everything going on at Soho Houses around the world.

In this book, you will find a fold-out map that shows where all of our Houses are – and some of our upcoming ones. There is our first 2026 guide to member events for you to book, a complete House Directory with all our bedrooms, pools, restaurants, and amenities listed, plus some helpful tips by members. There are also longer sections on

what’s going on in London, New York, Los Angeles, and Miami, and we’ve highlighted some of the bigger projects, such as the House openings and pop-ups we’re looking forward to this year and next, too.

Thank you for your continued loyalty and support – we are all excited about 2026 and beyond. I hope you enjoy our first member book, and see you around the Houses soon.

THE HIDEOUT AT COACHELLA

april

We’re heading to Coachella Valley with a hidden Soho House pop-up on site at the festival, giving members their very own space to eat, drink, relax and have fun

this april, some of the biggest names in music – Sabrina Carpenter, Justin Bieber, Karol G, and many more – will be decamping to the Empire Polo Club in Indio, California (a short ride from Palm Springs) to perform at one of the United States’ most celebrated cultural moments: Coachella Valley Music & Arts Festival. Now, those members lucky enough to land a pass to the festival will have the added bonus of being able to enjoy a taste of the House on-site at our pop-up. Immersed in the VIP section of the festival grounds, The Hideout at Coachella will serve as an oasis in the desert, giving members a private space to relax, meet friends, and enjoy the music away from the main crowds. Expect a range of cocktails, our own food offering, and Soho Home sofas, armchairs, lighting, and decking to relax on.

watch the season’s biggest races from House 44: a curated space at the track that’s designed to feel like a home from home, with lounge seating and a menu of our signature House cocktails. Now in its second year, it’s located inside the F1 Paddock Club™, delivering unbeatable views of the race, from the start-line surge to the pit-stop action. Members can also go behind the scenes with a tour of the F1 Paddock, a support race grid walk, and a spot under the podium as the Champagne sprays. Hamilton, a Soho House member for more than 10 years, has brought his own creative vision to House 44. Expect musical performances, handselected racing memorabilia, and appearances from high-profile guests – including Hamilton, who will drop by the suite to offer insights about his race day and career. For 2026, House 44 will appear at nine races on the F1 calendar, including four new locations: Japan, Monaco, Madrid, and Austin. See you there.

3 SOHO SUMMIT AT SOHO FARMHOUSE

Our festival of ideas – now in its fourth year – has travelled to Rome and Los Angeles. For 2026, it’s heading back to the UK House where it originated

our annual festival of ideas will be hosted at Soho Farmhouse from 22 to 24 April. The two-day event, powered by our long-standing partner Porsche, will see a host of high-profile creative minds from the worlds of design, art, TV, film, and music join us to connect, be inspired, and explore ideas that drive culture forward. After all, Ferry Porsche, the car brand’s founder, was a dreamer. Through an extended programme of talks, hands-on workshops, and screenings, we’ll also be hosting masterclasses and in-depth, instructive Q&As to give guests the opportunity to hear directly from industry leaders. Keep an eye out for bedroom packages on the Soho House app to secure your stay at Soho Farmhouse for the duration of the summit, and to unlock access to our special dinners, performances, and afterparty, plus priority booking for talks, workshops, and masterclasses. With notable speakers from previous years including Gillian Anderson, Andrew Scott, and Sir Paul Smith, it’s an event not to be missed.

4 SOHO DINNER SERIES

june & november

With Soho Desert House Palm Springs and Soho Farmhouse Hudson Valley on the way, we’re preparing to welcome guests with a series of dinner parties

soho house’s series of supper clubs sees top guest chefs take over our kitchens to give members a special culinary experience. So what better way to celebrate our new Houses coming soon than with a set of special dinners? We’re planning a number of outdoor events in the grounds of our upcoming Houses – in Upstate New York in June and in Palm Springs in November for members to experience the spaces before anyone else. From Michelin-starred names to up-and-coming talent, previous chef takeovers include Tomos Parry, Josh Katz, Akwasi Brenya-Mensa, and Nancy Silverton – expect a menu to remember.

above The Libertines performing at Wind Down 2025

with glastonbury festival on hiatus for its official fallow year, 2026 marks the arrival of a newcomer to your summer holiday line-up: Babington Fete. Staged at our Somerset outpost on 27 June, we’ll be throwing our very own headline event – expect live performances, DJ sets, and exclusive food and drink pop-ups. Our fete will also host workshops to keep younger ones entertained, along with classic games like a coconut shy, hook-a-duck, and hoopla. Join us for the day, book into one of our bedrooms, or get into the full festival spirit with an extended weekend stay in one of the bell tents popping up in the grounds of the House especially for the event – all fully equipped with comfy double beds, fluffy robes, and a selection of drinks for you to enjoy.

on 2 july, thousands of members and guests will flock to west London’s Gunnersbury Park for our annual Soho House Festival – our biggest event of the year. Previous headliners have included artists such as The Streets, Texas, Craig David, and Fatboy Slim, and this year, expect another exciting line-up. But it’s not just about the music – your ticket also includes unlimited food and drink from an extensive range of street-food stalls, plus House dishes from Pen Yen, Dirty Burger, and Cecconi’s – not to mention our signature lobster and seafood barbecue. There will also be comedy courtesy of the House Heroes stage, access to our beauty tent, and our very own funfair. See you on the bumper cars.

There will be DJs, food pop-ups, cocktails, and limited-edition merchandise customised by our on-site embroiderer. Last year, we welcomed host Aimee Fuller – the double Olympic snowboarder, TV presenter, and keen tennis player – who provided live commentary throughout the action, which also included a mixed-doubles padel match on our brand-new courts. As the tournament coincides with Wimbledon, we’ll also be screening nals matches live from SW19 with a side of strawberries and cream.

CUP, SOHO FARMHOUSE

september

Go head-to-head with special guests on the courts at our second annual padel tournament in Oxfordshire on 25 September

year

last year, we opened three covered padel courts at Soho Farmhouse. To celebrate, we hosted our inaugural Soho Padel Club Cup 2025, which saw members battle it out in head-to-head matches for a chance to play alongside a line-up of special guests in the final. Joining them on the court were comedians Jack Whitehall and Michael McIntyre, and actor Daniel Kaluuya, while pro padel players Alfonso Patacho, Victoria Nicholas, Jasmine Dedakia, and George Weller helped even the score. This year, we’re planning even more. Whether you’re a padel regular or dedicated spectator, talent and pros alike will be cheered on with courtside House DJs and cocktails, all culminating with a Players Dinner in the Glasshouse.

10 SOHO FOOD FESTIVAL, SOHO WAREHOUSE

After the inaugural Los Angeles edition was a hit with members, our three-day food festival, powered by Porsche, is back at Soho Warehouse

the annual soho Food Festival has been a firm member favourite at Soho Farmhouse in Oxfordshire for eight consecutive years. This October will see the return of our culinary celebration in Downtown LA with our second immersive three-day experience at Soho Warehouse. There will be one-night-only supper clubs with guest chefs, plus engaging talks, workshops, tastings, and a host of street-food pop-ups to try. Highlights from last year’s event included a DJ set by chef Sean Brock and an evening at Berenjak to mark the arrival of London’s celebrated Persian restaurant in LA. Plus, we transformed the rooftop into a House Diner, complete with a jukebox, and a special menu of comfort food classics such as waffles, House burgers and dive bar cocktails.

11 SOHO HOUSE FESTIVAL, NEW YORK

october

12 PARIS ART WEEK

october

Celebrate the city’s annual art fair at our French maison

there are more than 10,000 works of art on permanent display in our Houses around the world, curated by our in-house team of experts. More than 150 of those are paintings on display at Soho House Paris, which is set in poet-artist Jean Cocteau’s former home. So, naturally, the city’s annual art fair is a key moment in our calendar. Attracting an international crowd of artists, curators, and art professionals, each year we mark the occasion with a series of in-House events, from supper clubs and cocktail parties in the club’s Cabaret Room to specially commissioned art installations by emerging and established French contemporary artists – many of whom you can also see lining the walls at our maison. Keep an eye on the Soho House app, where we’ll be sharing more on what we have planned for members during Art Week.

SOHO HEALTH CLUB

We know that for many members, maintaining a healthy lifestyle doesn’t just end with the gym. Soho Health Club is designed to promote holistic wellbeing, performance, and longevity – as well as fitness. Our approach centres around five pillars of total health optimisation: hydrate, performance, recovery, regenerate, and unwind. This health and wellness programming is a core part of our Houses around the world, with Soho Health Club providing Every House members with access to state-of-the-art gym equipment, expert-led classes, and recovery amenities including saunas, ice baths and massages. Now, we’re expanding the offering even further...

this year, we’re focusing on innovation at our Soho Health Clubs. Introducing the longevity studios – tech-enhanced spaces dedicated to recovery, performance and health optimisation.

You’ll find the first of its kind at Soho Farmhouse, and we have plans to expand this wellbeing concept to other Houses soon.

There’s also House Aid, a new addition to the bedrooms in Houses across our hub cities. This carefully curated offering of health and wellness supplements is designed to work with your daily

routine, providing everything from morning energy-boosters to post-workout balms, along with supplements to help lull you to sleep.

We’re levelling up our gyms, too. Alongside an upgrade of the amenities across our Houses, including an extensive range of cardio and strength training equipment, we’ve added more Every House member benefits – including complimentary gym passes for guests (see more on p6) – plus private personal trainer spaces and new group class concepts.

WELLNESS WITHOUT THE STRESS: OUR LONGEVITY STUDIOS

as part of our ongoing mission to help members train better, recover faster, and feel more energised, we’ve introduced longevity studios into Soho Health Club: tech-focussed wellness spaces that offer advanced therapies for recovery and health optimisation. The first is currently located at Soho Farmhouse, known as the Lazy Lab, with additional longevity studios coming soon to Soho House New York, 180 House, Babington House, Miami Pool House, and Soho House Los Cabos.

Our new technology and diagnostic-focused spaces are redefining members’ approach to wellness. Here’s how to recreate one of our House favourites at home.

Our members travel frequently across the world, yet they never compromise on their wellbeing. To help them feel their best wherever they are, we’ve reimagined the traditional minibar into something entirely new: House Aid. It’s a curated collection of wellness supplements that helps our members function at their best, morning, noon, and night.

How to make our signature

Shoreditch smoothie

With a mix of strawberries and cherries, this antioxidant-filled smoothie boosts levels of vitamin C, K, and B6, along with potassium and fibre. Chia seeds are added for fibre and magnesium, along with kefir yoghurt to add protein and boost gut health. It’s then blended together with vanilla whey protein and coconut milk for healthy fats and electrolytes.

Recipe

50g frozen cherries

50g frozen strawberries

½ tsp (4g) goji berries

½ tsp (2g) chia seeds

Scoop of vanilla whey protein

Coconut milk (to taste)

Kefir yoghurt (to taste)

Morning Noon Night

Method: Add the berries, seeds and protein to a blender and top up with coconut milk. Blend, then add to a cup with a swirl of kefir and serve.

Start the morning right with a dose of vitamin C and wake up tired eyes with Augustinus Bader’s hydrating Eye Patches. Kickstart your metabolism with a Cymbiotika Molecular Hydrogen supplement and boost your breakfast with Artah’s Advanced nad+.

Every workout can benefit from an ultra-hydrating creatine sachet. Your House Aid kit also contains Electrolytes to replenish your body during exercise, as well as a postworkout Freeze Roll On by Pure Sport to help aching muscles recover quicker.

OUR HOUSES IN

NEW YORK

soho house new york , our first in the city, opened its doors in 2003. Today, we have three clubs across Manhattan and Brooklyn, with the original New York House in the heart of the Meatpacking District. It’s set over six floors of a former warehouse dating back to 1903, and is where you’ll find our first-ever rooftop pool.

Just a stone’s throw from The High Line and Chelsea Market, the 45,000 sq ft House features a rooftop with views over the city, a screening room and 44 bedrooms.

Nearby, in the heart of Manhattan’s artistic Lower East Side, Ludlow House opened in 2016 in a 143-year-old former gold leaf factory. The four-storey House has two floors of club space dedicated to dining and lounging, a 26-seat screening room, and regular events programming.

Finally, of course, we have DUMBO House –sandwiched between the Manhattan and Brooklyn Bridges on the Brooklyn waterfront. This House’s rooftop pool and sun deck offer uninterrupted views of the New York skyline.

What’s next for Soho House New York

There’s plenty coming this year: the launch of Soho Health Club, Soho House Festival New York and a full bedroom refurb

our original house in the Meatpacking District has had a total refresh, with new-look interiors and an overhaul of the club floor (note the return of the pool table and candy station). But it’s more than just a lick of paint. We’ve also revamped our staff uniforms and reception area, and fine-tuned our House programming with a new and improved line-up of benefits and member events. (Those of you lucky enough to catch performances by José González, Wolf Alice, or Kevin Hart last year in New York City can testify to this.)

Then there’s the Soho Health Club update: we’ve introduced wellness programming at the House, including Pilates and yoga classes throughout the week, and added a House Smoothie bar, with more additions coming soon (see p33 for more details).

As for our event spaces, another new-look addition is the Vinyl Room, which features a private bar. And on the rooftop, you’ll find our new All Blues Vinyl Listening Bar, inspired by Japanese jazz kissas to coincide with the opening of Soho House Tokyo in April this year.

A taste of our New York Houses

There’s new food and drink offerings at all our Houses across the city – here’s what’s on the menu

at soho house New York, we’ve enhanced our dining options. In the Dining Room, come evening, we’re serving warm House bread rolls with whipped butter and rosemary salt to start; finishing touches – such as sauces poured over desserts – will be done tableside; and complimentary chocolate truffles will arrive with your bill. Plus, caviar bumps, Lobster Thermidor, and tomahawk prime-aged steak take pride of place on the menu.

And it wouldn’t be New York without the perfect Martini. So we’ve introduced an all-new menu, along with the classics: gin or vodka, shaken or stirred, dirty or twisted, dry or wet –all are served from a vintage bar cart and mixed at your table. Meanwhile, up on the rooftop, the newly opened All Blues Vinyl Listening Bar will be serving Asian-inspired bites and cocktails, including the Highball Fifty, our new global cocktail to mark the opening of Soho House Tokyo, – an aromatic blend of Bombay Sapphire gin and shochu with shiso, jasmine, cherry, and black pepper.

dine around the world at dumbo

The all-day House menu is served throughout the club at DUMBO House in Brooklyn, offering House Regulars such as Rotisserie Jerk Chicken and

our Soho Smash Burger, alongside an extensive wine list and a selection of classic and seasonal cocktails.

In the Dining Room, get a taste of Berenjak, the much-loved, London-founded Persian restaurant.

The lunch and dinner menu incorporates local, seasonal produce into its dishes, all designed for sharing – including Iranian classics such as kababs, mazeh, and khoresht.

Cecconi’s DUMBO – set inside Empire Stores, between the Brooklyn and Manhattan bridges – serves Northern Italian dishes for lunch and dinner, as well as a weekend brunch feast. Take in the Manhattan skyline on the outdoor terrace with a Venetian aperitivo, or dine inside the former warehouse on dishes including Bucatini Cacio e Pepe or Dover Sole with lemon butter inspired by the original Mayfair restaurant.

MY HOUSE

KAREN ELSON

An Englishwoman in New York: Karen Elson is the Oldham-born supermodel with a career spanning almost three decades. She joins us at our House in New York’s Meatpacking District to spill the tea

sh: What’s been the personal highlight of your career?

ke: Walking in Alexander McQueen’s shows has been the absolute highlight of my career. He was such a visionary, such an artist. It was like being a part of a performance art piece. It was thrilling every single time.

sh: If you hadn’t been a supermodel, what career path would you have taken?

ke: Definitely something creative. Either a singer or an actor, something like that.

sh: What projects are you working on this year that members can look out for?

ke: I can’t say. I wish I could. But I’ve just been part of a wild, crazy project – it’ll be fun.

sh: What is your favourite House in New York?

ke: The one we’re at today in the Meatpacking District was my first Soho House experience, so I’m quite fond of it. My kids love the pool.

sh: Where are we most likely to find you in the House?

ke: Probably having an Aperol Spritz by the pool under an umbrella. I don’t sunbathe because I get fried. I live between New York and Nashville, so the House there is also a big part of my social life. It’s fabulous.

sh: What’s your go-to dish on the Soho House menu?

ke: I love the Soho House brunch on Sundays in Nashville. You’ve got the waffles and fried chicken – I can’t lie, I love it.

sh: What are some of your best memories of Soho House?

ke: When I’m in London, I love to stay at Dean Street Townhouse and have dinner at the House next door [Soho House 76 Dean Street]. It’s just very cosy, very social, which is all things Soho House, isn’t it?

sh: Are there any other Soho Houses in the world that you love to visit?

ke: My twin sister lives in Ibiza, so I know I’m going to spend a lot of time at Soho Farmhouse Ibiza. I like that it’s not party central, but very much about self-care. I can’t wait to go there.

sh: You went to the opening of Soho House Manchester recently. What did you think of the new club in your hometown?

ke: Incredible. It’s so well done. I’ll definitely be staying there when I’m next in Manchester.

sh: Beyond the House, what do you love about New York?

ke: New York is the great melting pot. I love walking out my door and every single day you never know what characters you’re going to bump into. It’s a big city, but it feels like a village. I love that.

sh: We’re shooting at Soho House New York in the Meatpacking District – what are your hidden gems in the local area?

ke: I love Pastis. It’s a really wonderful, easygoing, fun restaurant and it’s been around for ages. In this neighbourhood in the 1990s, there used to be an amazing goth club called Mother. I’m not really a pub girl, so I’d say if you’re coming to a bar, come here.

INTRODUCING

BARCELONA POOL HOUSE

Overlooking

Mount Tibidabo, Barcelona Pool House – our third location in the city, joining Soho House Barcelona and Little Beach House Barcelona –is an escape in the leafy northern neighbourhood of Sarrià-Sant Gervasi

set inside a catalan mansion built in the early 1900s, Barcelona Pool House is located on Avinguda del Tibidabo, near landmarks such as Park Güell. Spanning four floors, the former family home features restored frescoes, vaulted ceilings trimmed with gold leaf, and authentic Georgian floor tiles. The Pool House includes club spaces and bars, a garden with a pool, and a restaurant serving Mediterranean- and Japanese-inspired dishes. Think of the House as a retreat from the city; a place to focus on wellness, with treatment rooms, a 14m outdoor pool and garden.

soho health club

Our second Soho Health Club in the city (the first, you’ll find at Soho House Barcelona) is designed to help members focus on regeneration, as well as performance, with a gym, spa, and vegetarian cafe. On the lower-ground level, the gym has everything from free weights to cardio machines, plus a fitness studio that opens onto the courtyard, where daily classes include Pilates and Precision Sculpt. On the fourth floor, the spa offers our signature treatments alongside advanced therapies with cryotherapy and a sauna coming soon.

The House restaurant is set on the first floor, with a terrace overlooking the garden. It’s open daily, serving Mediterranean-style lunches. For dinner, the restaurant hosts pop-up residencies, with Japanese restaurant Pen Yen currently serving robata grill dishes, crispy tempura, and sushi. The House menu, served in the club spaces and outside in the shaded garden, features highlights from our Houses around the world.

Meet the members of Barcelona Pool House

‘For me, Soho House is a community of inspiring people, where meaningful personal and professional connections naturally happen. It’s the feeling of truly belonging to a network. I’m passionate about what I do and always curious to collaborate or exchange perspectives, and Soho House feels like the perfect place for that. What I love most is the sense of calm as soon as you walk in. It immediately feels like a space where you can focus: it’s as if the noise of the city softens the moment you enter, and that’s something really appreciate. especially love the terraces, where you can enjoy a sense of openness and take in the horizon.’

WEKAFORÉ MANIU JIBRIL

Multidisciplinary designer

‘I have been a Soho House member for more than five years now, and Barcelona Pool House will be a new breath of fresh air in the city – another look into the culture Soho House is building in Barcelona. Plus, the views are exceptional. You’ll most likely find me boxing at the gym, sweating out my thoughts in the sauna, or in the bar with a Soho Mule.’

CÓSIMA GÜELL

Co-founder of Rassa Botanicals

‘I’m most excited about the entire wellbeing offering at Barcelona Pool House. From the thermal areas and the sauna to the dedicated treatment rooms, it feels incredibly aligned with my lifestyle and brand, which is centered around holistic self-care. I’m thrilled that this part of the city will now have a space where you can not only relax and recharge, but also gather with others, enjoy culture and celebrate community through wellbeing.’

OUR HOUSES IN

LONDON

london finds its new groove

Our founding city is now home to 10 Houses –and, as you may have come to expect, no two are the same. From the original 40 Greek Street, where our story began in 1995, to our newest club Soho Mews House, there’s a House to cater to any mood and every occasion: from work to play, morning, noon, and night.

Our three cornerstone hubs – Shoreditch House, 180 House and White City House – are where you’ll find our three rooftop pools, each boasting iconic city skyline views. To the east, our recent Shoreditch House refresh gave the local creative community more areas in the club to work, relax, and socialise, with new dedicated laptop spaces and more beautifully upholstered furniture, plus the

return of the beloved pool table. To the west, White City House is home to multiple event spaces, from the large Studio 8 to cosy dinner spots such as The Gallery, along with three screening rooms. There’s daily events, plus Teeny House sessions for little ones, and you’ll also find our largest Soho Health Club gym to date, including four fitness studios, an indoor pool, and sauna.

We’ve also welcomed our first gym in central London. Located at 180 House, the 13,960 sq ft Soho Health Club is focused on fitness and holistic wellbeing. There, members have access to experience everything from personal training in a private studio to classical Pilates, a recovery lounge, specialist physiotherapists, expert facialists, and massages.

JESSE BURGESS MY HOUSE

As founder of viral foodie platform TOPJAW and host of Gordon Ramsay’s docuseries Knife Edge, Jesse Burgess knows his way around the global culinary scene. Now, it’s his turn to be grilled at Shoreditch House (his favourite spot for a Sunday roast)

sh: Over the course of your career, have any chefs left a lasting impression on you?

jb: I truly loved chef Norm’s take on Mexican fine dining at Carino in Chicago. I ate 16 courses at lunch, then returned that same night for a 10-course taco omakase – I couldn’t get enough!

sh: Having travelled the world eating at top restaurants, what sets the London food scene apart?

jb: The phrase ‘the food in Britain sucks’ is achingly inaccurate. You can eat around the world in London and experience no gimmicks, just delicious dining at every price point.

sh: We’re shooting at Shoreditch House – what are your local hidden gems?

jb: There are 23 curry houses on Brick Lane, but Sheba is the best, in my opinion. Knaves of Clubs on Bethnal Green Road is my favourite pub – the first time I had their rotisserie chicken was a special day.

sh: What is your favourite Soho House in London?

jb: Shoreditch House was the first House I ever visited. I was 17, dating a girl who’d just joined a model agency, and she asked me to lunch with her agents. I was gobsmacked, it was by far the coolest place my 17-year-old self had ever been. We ate on the sixth floor by the fire and I could not get over it. I have so many valuable memories from Shoreditch House over the years.

sh: Which other Soho Houses around the world do you love to visit?

jb: While filming Knife Edge: Chasing Michelin Stars I stayed at Soho House Chicago and it was epic. As it was -21°C outside, the building hugged me real good. High Five Ramen and the bar at Green Street Smoked Meats, both opposite, are a must-visit.

sh: What’s your go-to dish on the Soho House menu?

jb: Soho House really knows how to nail a Sunday roast. There’s nothing worse than a bad roast potato, but Soho House somehow gets them real crisp, every time. And I greatly appreciate their platforming of cauliflower cheese, and lots of it. I’m also a fan of Forest Road brewery, so their IPA is my go-to. And, of course, I’d be lying if I didn’t say I’m partial to pouring relentless Picantes in my face.

sh: What are some of your best memories of Soho House?

jb: Eating lobster in a field at Soho House Festival with my now wife... Raiding the pick’n’mix wall at Shoreditch House… Being on the rooftop of Greek Street with a group of legends as the energy builds…

sh: Is there anything else you would like your fellow members to know about you?

jb: My passions (alongside food and travelling to eat more food) are cars of any variety and birds – the avian kind.

SOHO FARMHOUSE IBIZA

Situated in the quiet village of Santa Gertrudis, Soho Farmhouse Ibiza is a hideaway nestled within a nine-acre working olive grove in the heart of the island
SOHO FARMHOUSE IBIZA

spanning 2,246 sq m in the heart of the Ibizan countryside, this Soho Farmhouse has 14 bedrooms and two villas featuring warm tones and natural materials reflective of the rural setting. There is a central club space with alfresco lounge areas, an outdoor games area, and two swimming pools. Set among the olive trees, the outdoor restaurant serves a Balearic-inspired menu made from locally sourced ingredients. Highlights include grilled langoustine from Formentera, a range of seafood plates, and ensaïmada – a Balearic speciality.

Designed as an ultimate escape to focus on rejuvenation and relaxation, its Soho Health Club offers a range of holistic wellness treatments and amenities, including indoor and outdoor gym spaces, a yoga deck, and hot and cold therapies with a sauna, a steam room, and ice baths. Explore the nine-acre grounds, unwind in private onsen-style baths, or aid your recovery in our contrast suites.

Soho Farmhouse Ibiza’s art collection also celebrates works made by artists who are based on or connected to the Balearic Island, featuring three large site-specific installations and our first House to feature an outdoor light installation.

I live in the heart of Santa

It’s a vibrant, yet peaceful place that love coming home to. The people make the island what it is: a messy, colourful, beautiful mix of creatives. This is especially noticeable in winter, when the tourists leave – the island becomes green and quiet again, and you can reconnect with families and friends. For anyone new to the island, recommend Baron in Santa Gertrudis and Antonioli for shopping, and Cala Xuclar for swimming – it’s a very small, secret beach. The hikes are also incredible, especially around Cala d’Albarca.’

MICK WILSON

DJ and editor of DJ Mag Ibiza

‘There’s a duality to Ibiza: the famed hedonism and the relaxed, tranquil moments. But what I truly love about it is the calming e ect of being immersed in the natural environment of the island. Soho Farmhouse Ibiza feels like it arrived at just the right time, providing a space to take some time out, relax, and soak up the ambiance.’

CHRISTIAN JOCHNICK

CEO of Juntos Farm

‘As a creative entrepreneur and investor, I’m passionate about building communities through design, hospitality, and wellness – just like Soho House. I think Soho Farmhouse Ibiza is a natural t; a space that supports creative exchange while respecting the island’s culture and pace. Ibiza has a unique energy – a mix of nature, freedom, and creativity. It’s a place where you can truly slow down and stay inspired. People come here to create, not compete, and there’s a strong spirit of collaboration. My advice to anyone visiting Ibiza is to take it slowly. Let things unfold – that’s where the magic happens.’

DAMIEN HIRST MY HOUSE

The artist is a long-time member and contributor to Soho House’s global art collection – his spray-painted ‘Shark’, on display in the lobby of Soho House Berlin, was created on site when the building was still wrapped in hoarding. Today, you’ll most likely find him hanging out at his new favourite House: Soho Farmhouse Ibiza

sh: How long have you been a Soho House member?

dh: Since the early days. I joined because Soho House was open until 2am, whereas The Groucho Club closed at 1am. Markus Anderson [Soho House’s Chief Relationship Officer] made me fall in love with it.

sh: What first drew you to Soho Farmhouse Ibiza?

dh: I love the island and have always loved Soho House. Markus asked me to come to the opening and it felt so relaxed. I like the simplicity and homeliness of the bedrooms, and the views are amazing. The art is great – the place is full of memorable conversation pieces. (Is it a giant tooth out front?!) The staff are so friendly and accommodating, and always try to go above and beyond for members. I particularly like the staff’s motto: ‘Yes, yes, yes!’ (When they are really trying to tell me, ‘No.’)

sh: How did you use the space and fill your time there?

dh: I mainly hung out at night and saw bands and shows. I used the gym and did Pilates. I dislocated my shoulder recently, so I brought my physio out to keep on top of the training.

sh: Where are we most likely to find you in the House, and with whom?

dh: At breakfast in the garden, usually on my own or sometimes with my manager. I became friends with the staff but I’m antisocial and I hate humans (ha!) – it’s nice because people leave you alone at Soho Farmhouse Ibiza.

sh: Have you visited the Soho Health Club?

dh: Yes – amazing massages! Ask for Ralu. I even tried an inside mouth massage – mindblowing but not for the faint-hearted. The drinks they make in the spa are amazing, too.

sh: What’s your go-to dish and drink on the Soho House menu?

dh: The lobster pasta and an English breakfast tea with soya milk.

sh: Beyond Soho House, what do you like about the local area?

dh: I love the simplicity and authenticity of Santa Gertrudis. And, of course, the sea. The restaurant Jondal is the best ever. But, to be honest, there’s also no reason to ever leave the Farmhouse.

OUR HOUSES IN

LOS ANGELES

we opened our first House in Los Angeles 15 years ago – and since then Soho House West Hollywood has become a cornerstone for keeping la’s sprawling creative community connected ever since. Last year, we honoured that legacy with a full House refresh, adding more spaces to lounge and dine, while transforming the rooftop terrace, which overlooks the Hollywood Hills, into an abundant English garden.

Here, you’ll also find The Luckman Club – a special setting reminiscent of classic 1960s Hollywood, where our members can invite guests to private dinners, celebrations, and events – along with an expanded events programme. Recently,

members have enjoyed music from actor Jeff Goldblum and Dave Stewart of Eurythmics, as well as a screening with Leonardo DiCaprio and Benicio del Toro for their film, One Battle After Another. Just around the corner, Soho House Holloway has also had a top-to-toe makeover, from the light-flooded Atrium to the newly refurbished Parlour, complete with a baby grand piano and an extensive art collection by la-based artists all under 40. This spring, a new racquet club will be swinging its way to the rooftop, with a series of pickleball courts – making the House a Hollywood hideaway for members to dine, enjoy and unwind.

AURORA JAMES MY HOUSE

The designer, activist, and founder of nonprofit the 15 Percent Pledge knows a thing or two about the power of creativity to make change. At our House in Malibu (her go-to spot for brunch), we discover what makes her tick

sh: You founded the 15 Percent Pledge back in 2020 as a way to encourage retailers to give at least 15% of their shelf space to Blackowned businesses. How has the industry shifted since then?

aj: There’s definitely a greater desire to create diverse meritocracies. Flipping over every stone, checking places not checked before to find the very best talent. This is why we are now seeing people like Grace Wales Bonner take the helm at Hermès. All of this makes the world a more culturally rich, dynamic and abundant place.

sh: What has been your proudest moment of your career so far?

aj: My nonprofit gave out over $1 million in grants in 2025. That felt pretty incredible. Beyond that, I’m proud that I’ve carved my own path. The way that I’ve gone about my career really hasn’t been done before.

sh: As a multi-hyphenate, how do you achieve work-life balance?

aj: I don’t. And I think that’s OK because I love my job and a lot of it doesn’t feel like work right now. But I am very big on prioritising my health. I won’t compromise that.

sh: What’s on the horizon for you in 2026?

aj: More magic. I’m taking my brand, Brother Vellies, back to its roots with some new iterations of our core shapes from South Africa. This will be my fifth year as Vice Chair of the CFDA, and we’re continuing our work to develop American fashion on an international stage. Also, look out for season two of Project Runway Canada!

sh: We’re shooting here at Little Beach House Malibu. What do you love most about the House?

aj: I live in Laurel Canyon, so travelling through the Canyon out to the Pacific Coast Highway for a sunset at the House is the perfect end to any day. I take a lot of brunch meetings here, too. As a creative, there’s a feeling of ease and freedom that helps to spark my curiosity.

sh: What are some of your best memories at Soho House?

aj: I really think of my girls when I think of Soho House. I love evenings gossiping and drinking Picantes on the patio in Malibu, or summer nights spent at Soho House Toronto, which is my home away from home. There’s something about the energy of that House: it’s where a party of four becomes a group of eight and an early night becomes a late one. It’s the best place to unwind.

INTRODUCING

SOHO HOUSE MANCHESTER

LOCATED IN THE heart of the city, our new House is taking shape in the former Granada Studios, which opened in 1956 as the UK’S first purposebuilt television studio. Hosting everything from The Beatles’ first TV performance to the UK’s first televised election debate, it has played a defining role in British culture, and today its legacy as a creative landmark remains central to Manchester’s story. Catering to the city’s established creative network, the House is designed for members’ 24/7 lifestyle. Set across five storeys, it features three floors of club space with co-working areas, a rooftop pool, late-night bars, restaurants, and live music spaces. Very soon, we will be looking to introduce bedrooms and a Soho Health Club with a gym, reformer Pilates studio, smoothie bar, and infrared sauna and steam room.

A TASTE OF SOHO HOUSE MANCHESTER

The House menu, served throughout the club spaces, is inspired by our Houses around the world. There’s the Soho House Mumbai Butter Chicken Curry and the Tuna Tostada from Soho House Mexico City, while Manchester’s signature dishes include Dexter Beef Tartare with hash browns and a Chicken & Tarragon House Pie with mash and gravy.

‘You will usually nd me dancing near the decks or in a cosy corner planning a new project. For me, Soho House is a space that blurs the line between work and play. always feel safe; people generally stay o their phones and feel present. You can sit and enjoy your privacy or you can connect with other creatives. It’s unique.’

KYA BULLER

Writer, editor, and presenter

‘Soho House is a wonderful addition to Manchester and a true marker of how in uential the city is globally –to have that recognised feels important. Being from a working class background and having fought very hard to break into the creative world, being part of something like this has been life-changing for me.’

Radio presenter

‘The beauty of Soho House is that you never know who you are going to meet, or when a conversation might spark an idea and introduce you to a whole new world. So much feels possible in Manchester. The Warehouse Project is my favourite clubbing experience – not just for the sheer spectacle, but the inspiringly eclectic programme of DJs. Seeing Black Co ee there recently was a highlight of my year. also love spots like Y2 Cafe in Salford with its Persian menu, recording studios upstairs, and panel talks. And if you don’t spend at least one evening a week on the curry mile in Rusholme, are you really living?’

OUR HOUSES IN

MIAMI

at the heart of Miami lies the beach – and at the heart of Miami Beach is Soho Beach House. Known for its crystal-clear waters, palm trees, and pool parties, the city boasts a unique mix of modern and historic charm, all of which is reflected in our 1940s tower, right on the surf.

Last year, we gave the ground floor a refurb – the club space and lobby – with furnishings

designed to enhance the building’s original Art Deco details and Cuban-inspired interiors. At the entrance, you’ll find bicycles for members to use at any time. We’ve unveiled a new look for the main pool, too, with more loungers, landscaped gardens, and gelato carts serving scoops to enjoy in the sun.

The House is also home to 50 bedrooms, which will soon undergo a refresh, a Soho Health Club

with a terrace for outdoor training, and a Cowshed spa with ocean-facing chairs for manicures and pedicures, plus treatment rooms for advanced therapies and two spaces dedicated to relaxation.

Our second home in the city, Miami Pool House, is set in the epicentre of the creative scene: the bustling Wynwood Arts Disctrict, known for its murals, galleries, and museums. Central

to the House is our Palm Springs-inspired pool surrounded by sunloungers, plus a new Soho Health Club, complete with padel courts, coming this year (see p90). There are several private event spaces, including The Cottage and Living Room – with lounge-style seating and an outdoor area for drinks and dining. Meanwhile, The Loft is split over two levels with a DJ booth and open-air section.

Cecconi’s is serving up a side of theatre, with dishes prepared tableside, while poolside dining gets an update

at soho beach house , the club terrace menu specialises in Miami-inspired dishes, such as Grouper Tacos and Ahi Tuna Poké, as well as plantbased options like Guacamole Taro Chips. You can also order post-swim snacks, salads, and healthy bowls straight to your sunlounger while relaxing poolside or by the ocean, or head to the beach bar for cocktails and live music. Ocho, our rooftop restaurant complete with a bar and plunge pool, also serves cocktails, popsicles, and House Regulars including quesadillas, burritos, and key lime pie. Over at Miami Pool House, the House menu – served indoors and out on the terrace – features Latin-inspired seafood dishes, including Mahi Mahi Tacos and Whole Snapper with Tomatillo Salsa.

serving comes tableside

Cecconi’s Miami Beach, our in-house Northern Italian restaurant in a Tuscan-inspired courtyard, has also been reimagined, with white tablecloth service

introduced after dark. But it’s not just the interiors that are new – an at-your-table service is serving up a dining experience that turns every seat into a chef’s table. Among the dishes bringing the drama is Cacio e Pepe, with servers tossing your pasta in a large, hollowed-out wheel of Pecorino Romano cheese to create a rich and creamy sauce. A selection of rare coravin poured wine is also now available.

Members can also hand-select the ingredients for our Ahi Tuna Tartare while it is being freshly prepared, deciding precisely how much avocado, chilli, or mint they wish to add. We’ll also prepare our whole Dover Sole to your preference and dress it in a lemon and caper sauce, or carve our showstopping signature 32oz Porterhouse Bistecca alla Fiorentina right by your table.

the bar cart

Cocktails have become interactive, too, served from a bar cart that guests can summon for a personalised

experience. We’ve shaken up our Negroni menu –try our new House signature blended with coffeeinfused vermouth – or for a wonderfully refreshing post-dinner palate cleanser, try our Sgroppino (an Italian favourite, combining lemon sorbet, vodka, and Prosecco) – all served tableside to turn every drink into an experience.

check in for late checkout

A new after-hours concept has landed in the main club space of Soho Beach House. From Thursday to Saturday, Late Checkout will see a headline DJ take over the decks and a secret menu available only after midnight, with late-night snacks designed to fuel extra hours on the dance floor.

New wellness ventures, the return of Art Basel, and more: here’s what to look out for at our Miami Houses this year

soho health club gets a refresh

Soho Beach House already features an ocean-facing gym with a terrace for outdoor training, indoor and outdoor classes, such as boot camps on the beach, and a Cowshed spa with steam and treatment rooms. This year, we’re expanding our wellness offering to bring our longevity concept to Miami, which will specialise in innovative beauty and wellbeing treatments rooted in science. Miami Pool House is also getting a wellness boost, with new padel courts, an indoor-outdoor gym, longevity studio, and contrast suites coming later this year.

Of course, there will be opportunities for social connection, too, with live music and DJ sets – because the best festivals are all about finding that balance.

art basel miami beach is back

Soho Beach House and Miami Pool House will be at the centre of the action for the city’s annual art fair in December – one of the biggest events in Miami’s cultural calendar. We’ll be hosting events throughout Art Week, including live music performances, DJ sets, and art talks with some of the industry’s most recognisable names.

JR MY HOUSE

The Parisian-born artist sits down for a cup of tea at Soho Beach House during Miami Art Week to discuss his latest work, which hangs in our collection, and how the House has become a sanctuary for him

sh: Why does Soho Beach House in Miami feel like home?

jr: I got to know the city really well when I did the mural ‘The Chronicles of Miami’ three years ago – I photographed more than 1,000 Miami residents and visitors from every walk of life. You really get a true sense of the city through a project of that scale.

sh: How well do you know Miami Art Week, and Soho House’s celebrations around it?

jr: I’ve been coming to the fair for many years –the first time, for the artist lunch with Kate [Bryan, Soho House’s Chief Art Director] at Soho Beach House and I just thought it was the coolest thing ever. I’d never been to such an intimate event, surrounded by so many artists, in such a beautiful setting, with the sun and the sea...

sh: Soho Beach House has just rehung its entire art collection, with a piece of yours now taking pride of place in the lobby. Does it feel like a full circle moment?

jr: Exactly. This piece was one of the first I did in Miami, and we worked on it so late into the night, we ended up pasting the walls using the headlights of my car. That guerrilla way of working has never left me. But the first time I was in the Soho House art collection was a long time ago, early on in my career, when I was showing at Steve Lazarides’ gallery [Lazinc] in London and I was signed with Banksy. I remember walking into the Houses in London and Los Angeles, and seeing my work on the wall.

sh: How do you want members to react when they see your artwork?

jr: All I want to do is raise questions; to push open doors and provocate. It’s the viewer, the member, that finishes the piece really, not me.

sh: Do you feel that you have returned to Miami as part of the art establishment?

jr: I still feel like a little kid navigating this universe; I try to protect that inner child a lot, as it’s part of the magic of the journey. But I remember those years when I would

try to understand how the art world worked, to try and hustle my way through. Not much has changed in some respects; with my latest big piece, looking to cover the Pont Neuf in Paris later this year, I still need to hustle. Struggling for each project, no matter how established you are, will always be an important part of being an artist.

sh: What’s your favourite part of Soho Beach House?

jr: The parties – good ones! Late ones! I always wish I had more time to come, sit, relax, and soak it all up. Even a work meeting here in the House doesn’t feel like work because of the beautiful space and design.

sh: The Louvre in Paris, the Pyramids in Egypt… Your large-scale photography has wrapped some of the world’s most famous landmarks. Any plans to cover a Soho House soon?

jr: I would love that. How many Houses are there now? 50? I was just at the one in Paris, and I have great memories of the Houses in Istanbul and Berlin. I’m still discovering them all…

Our first House in Japan is opening this spring –just in time for cherry blossom season. Book your stay now to experience the sakura in full bloom

situated in the Aoyama district – an area known for independent boutiques, close to the Omotesando shopping area – Soho House Tokyo spans four floors, with interiors that blend the beauty of Japanese minimalism with our style. Floors 13 and 14 are home to our club spaces: areas for socialising and casual dining, with an eclectic mix of vintage British and Japanese pieces.

Each of the 42 bedrooms also reflects Japan’s rich culture and history, with furnishings made from upcycled kimono fabrics and traditional sakiori weaving. Many bedrooms also feature a balcony, offering a moment of calm above the city. Making the most of the House’s prime location, the rooftop pool and sun terrace offers unparalleled views, while a light-filled wellness studio – designed for mat-based classes, including Pilates and yoga – has floor-to-ceiling windows overlooking Aoyama-dori.

10 YEARS OF OXFORDSHIRE

SOHO FARMHOUSE

It’s been 10 years since we opened our first Farmhouse in the Oxfordshire countryside. With a House refresh and plenty of new additions, 2026 looks to be its best year yet

maybe it’s the sweeping rural views, or perhaps it’s the cosy cabins, waiting to be to curled up in –but there’s something about Soho Farmhouse that invites instant relaxation. Stay in one of the 114 bedrooms, from waterside cabins to huts with views of the fields beyond, and find yourself surrounded by 100 acres of Oxfordshire countryside.

Soho Farmhouse is everything you need to escape the city, specialising in wellness experiences and activities in the great outdoors. It’s also free from cars (apart from our fleet of Porsches and vintage milk floats to whisk members around in), leaving you free to explore the grounds with the bicycles and Hunter wellington boots provided.

Enjoy outdoor activities such as clay pigeon shooting, horse riding, tennis, and padel, as well as boating on the lake during the warmer months. Try your hand at table tennis or boules in the Farmyard, or head over to the woodland area to find one of Soho Farmhouse’s best-kept secrets: an eight-hole crazy golf course.

Feeling less adventurous? Our Soho Health Club is home to advanced spa treatments, an indoor-outdoor pool, and sunken hot tubs in the Lazy Lake, complete with mud facials, saunas, and ice baths.

What’s next for the Farmhouse

From new fitness studios to an expanded activities offering, our Oxfordshire outpost has undergone an exciting refresh

SOHO HEALTH CLUB

Our rural escape is home to all things health and wellness. At Soho Health Club, members and guests can relax and recharge with a Lazy Lake experience, enhance their recovery with contrast therapies, unwind with curated spa treatments, and enjoy a growing list of expert residencies from the likes of FaceGym and Dimple Amani. And that’s not all.

Soho Health Club is now home to the Lazy Lab: a space dedicated to longevity, where members can try advanced therapies and innovative technologies that are designed to help you to train better, recover faster, and feel more energised. It’s the first of its kind for Soho House, with a new hyperbaric oxygen therapy chamber and a red light therapy bed, along with The Light Salon LED light facials and Diagnostic Testing in partnership with Body Brilliant for more in-depth health insights.

The gym has also undergone an extensive renovation, fitted with new flooring and a variety of hybrid training equipment, including BLK BOX rigs, turf, sleds, kettlebells and weights, plus Concept2 SkiErgs and BikeErgs. There’s also an outdoor rig with space for workouts, while the Boathouse basement has reopened with a steam room, sauna, and changing rooms. The gym, pool, steam rooms, and sauna are all open from 6am to 10pm every day.

If you favour fitness classes, our schedule has been updated to include meditation and breathwork, yoga, barre, HIIT, and strength and conditioning sessions. Plus, House Ride is back in the refreshed studio, with brand-new bikes and even more classes, while members can refuel post-workout at the new smoothie bar.

THE PILATES STUDIO

Last September, we opened our new Pilates studio, offering reformer and tower classes. The space is dedicated to providing authentic classical Pilates on premium Pilates Design equipment. We run mixed-apparatus classes throughout the day so members can train across the full system as intended. The studio also offers Duet and 1:1 private sessions during the week.

THE

RACQUET CLUB

Our two tennis courts are a firm favourite at Soho Farmhouse, so we’ve given them a full refurbishment. Tennis’s younger, cooler cousin, padel – one of the UK’s fastest-growing sports – has also arrived at the Farmhouse, with new all-weather courts now open. Featuring shorter rackets and a smaller court than tennis, the game is intended to be a social one, with up to four players taking part at once. So, we’ll be hosting a monthly padel social for both players and spectators to connect, all soundtracked to music from our House DJ.

TEENY BARN & POOL

Families are very welcome at Soho Farmhouse, with the Teeny Barn open for our youngest members. Inside, they’ll find a library, an outdoor sand pit, and guinea pigs to care for, plus an adventure playground with a zipline next door. Last year, we added the Teeny Pool – a brand new dedicated outdoor splash zone and play area especially for children under the age of 15, separate to the main pool. Situated behind the stables, opposite the Hay Barn, the pool is warmer in temperature than the adults’ pool, heated to a ambient 33 °C.

A TASTE OF SOHO FARMHOUSE

In the Main Barn, the all-day menu serves everything from Welsh Rarebit to Sunday roasts, while the Hay Barn offers casual bites, such as pizza and pasta. Soho Farmhouse was the first to feature our member restaurant Pen Yen, which opened in 2015 with a Japanese izakaya-style menu. And our Persian pop-up Little Berenjak, offers Iranian classics inspired by the original Berenjak in London. For homemade treats, there’s also Blake’s Kitchen Bakery in the Farmyard, and throughout 2026 we’ll be hosting special menus by Michelin-starred chefs in the Glasshouse.

A bit of history

The 18th-century townhouse, built in 1732, survived a fire in July 2009 – though the main staircase, with its original murals, suffered only minor smoke damage. When Soho House took over the property, our design team preserved and restored these period details, ready for the House’s opening in 2015.

The House sits across five floors of the former Granada Studios, the headquarters of Granada Television from 1956 to 2013. The studios played host to everything from the Beatles’ first television performance in 1962 to the first general election debate in 2010.

Our bedrooms

On the sixth floor are 22 bedrooms, ranging from Cosy rooms to Large suites, and designed with our usual Soho House design

aesthetic. There’s also an 80 sq m two-bedroom private apartment, which is available for short or long-term stays.

Where to eat

Across the eighth and ninth floors of the House, there are casual lounge areas for food and drink, plus a dedicated members’ restaurant for more formal dining.

The artwork to spot

Ryan Gander’s large-scale work, reading, ‘Let the world take a turn, dad’, was inspired by his father’s attitude to life. The saying, which sits on a glass window overlooking the rooftop pool and the skyline of Manchester beyond, is hand-painted to appear as a mirror image legible from both sides, equalising the perspective of inside and outside, private and public.
