Introduction Pakistan based Shelters Engineering Services was formed by a group of vibrant engineers and architects from professional institutions of Pakistan with the aim to provide general contracting, construction management and pre-engineered metal building services to a broad range of commercial and industrial clients throughout the country. Industrial & Commercial Buildings Varioline Kitchens Showroom, RWP. Completed the project from excavation to Grey Structure completion. Structure included Strip Foundation with single basement, Ground + 2 floors, 1 emergency stairs, 2 lifts (1 passenger + 1 cargo). It was designed as an office building and residential apartments at second floor. Total covered area of the project is 42,000 sft
Coca Cola Head Office MM Alam Ext Road Lahore Completed the project from excavation to Grey Structure completion. Structure included Raft Foundation with single basement, Ground + 5 floors, 2 emergency stairs, 3 lifts (2 passenger + 1 cargo). Building was designed as an office building. Total covered area of the project is 67,000 sft. Worked with Electrical and Plumbing consultants for completion of drawings and then worked with respective contractors for work completion as per demand of Client i.e. Varioline. Handled all the progress Reports and Technical work (Drawings, both Architectural and structural) related to the project in any kind. Worked with Shelter Associates, Jafri Associates and Bakhtiyar Ali and Associates for this project who designed
Golden Dragon Restaurant F-7, Islamabad. Renovation works at the Chinese Restaurant, named Golden Dragon in F-7 Islamabad. It is a double storey restaurant at the heart of Round Market in F-7/3. The scope of work included remodeling of the whole restaurant. Both exterior and interior of the restaurant were redesigned and renovated as per the modern trends in architecture and construction. The design belongs to our esteemed associate, Naveed Aslam Architects.
Verandah Apartment Building E-11, Islamabad. Provided Project Management & Supervision services during construction of an apartment building in E-11, Islamabad. Verandah is a 10 storey apartment building with covered 100,000 sft covered area. The planning and scheduling was done on Primavera for the above said project. The Procurement schedule for materials was developed and implemented on site. Supervision services included quality assurance and quality control. Special emphasis was put on checking the specification of the materials used at site.
PAF Hospital, E-9, Islamabad We have been awarded the project of PAF Hospital Extension II situated in E9, Islamabad. The Projects has a covered area of 400,000 (4 Lakh) Square feet. We are engaged as a main contractor for civil works. The Project is a seven storey building spanning over 8 Kanals. The Client Pakistan Airforce has trusted Shelters for their state of the art Hospital in the heart of Islamabad.
Tim Hortons, Lake City, Lahore Tim Hortons Canada has trusted Shelters Engineering Services (PVT) LTD for their state of the art Outlet in Lake City , Lahore. The Project is spanning over 3 Kanals. Owing to the credibility of Shelters in the market lake city and tim hortons administration has given the task to complete the project in 90 days. This is a fast track project and Shelters teams have worked 24/7.
D - Heights, Bahria Town, Lahore
The Project is conceptualized by Dua developers. They trsuted Shelters Engineering Services (PVT) LTD for their new venture. This Basement plus seven storey commercial apartment building is the epitome of Shelters commitment. It has a covered area of 70,000 square feet standing tall in the heart of Bahria Town, Lahore.
Metro Cash & Carry Faisalabad. Metro Cash & Carry is one of the biggest retail stores in Pakistan. Shelters Engineering Services has undertaken the Drainage and allied miscellaneous works at Metro Cash & Carry, Faisalabad. The drain is 350 ft. long stretched at its outer boundary. The miscellaneous works included water proofing of roofs of the offices of Metro in the premises.
The miscellaneous works included water proofing of roofs of the offices of Metro in the premises. Gypsum is used for the purpose of heat proofing. It is applied on the roof in the foam form (maximum 2-3 inches) which hardens rapidly and serves the purpose of heat insulation.
Nishat Chunian Factory Manga Mandi. Nishat Chunian Factory is located in Manga Mandi on the outskirts of Lahore which is a spinning mill housing hundreds of high risk machines. The biggest problem faced by the management was the dampness and leakage in the roof which obstructed day to day operations.
Mian Muhammad Arif Memorial Center, a Pre-Fab Structure Rawalpindi. Mian Mohammad Arif Memorial Center is being constructed for Behbud Association of Pakistan which will be an extension of their head office facilities inside their compound on Tipu Road, Rawalpindi. The design is by Suhail & Fawad Architects who are the mastermind behind many iconic buildings in Pakistan. The groundbreaking ceremony was held on December 24, 2019. It is designed as a pre-fab structure due to the time constraint. The project needs to be completed in a span of 3 months due to it’s opening date on April 1, 2020. The new facility houses a training center for women. The project is going ahead of its schedule.
4 Storey Commercial Plaza Al-Kabir Town, Lahore. Showcasing our expertise in construction of frame structure, shelters Engineering services just recently completed a 4 storey frame structure which is going to be the centre of commercial activities in the hub of business zone of phase 2 of Al-Kabir town, located on Raiwind road. The grey structure of the buidling was completed in 4 months and finishing took 2 more months enabling us to liverer another fast tracking project on time as per the demands of the client.
4MW Roof Mounted On-Grid Solar Power Plant US Apparel Shelters Engineering Services is building Solar Power Plants in US Denim, US Apparel Unit 2, 3 and 5. This includes the civil works of 9000 foundations of Solar Panels and installation of Panels generating enough power for their industrial units and equipment.
Installation of Solar Panels Punjab Group of Colleges Shelters Engineering Services holds pride in working with the most prestigious organizations of the country. We are installing Solar Panels at Punjab Group of Colleges, Shalimar Campus. The Solar power plant will power the whole campus and cater their needs during power shortages around the country.
Metro Cash & Carry Islamabad Metro Cash & Carry is one of the biggest retail stores in Pakistan. Shelters Engineering Services has undertaken We recently completed electrical works at Metro Cash & Carry, I-11, Islamabad. The scope of works included laying cables and installing DBs.
8 Marla Commercial, Bahira Enclave, Islamabad Pouring completed in May 2021 at our 8 marla commercial building project in Bahria Enclave, Islamabad. The total covered area of the project is 11,000 sft.
1 Kanal Hostel Building Airport Road, Islamabad Completed the project from excavation to Grey Structure completion. Structure included Isolated Footing with Ground + 1 floor. It was designed as a commercial building. Total covered area of the project is 13,500 sft. Design and Build Contract was signed between client and Shelters Engineering Services. The designing contract was further outsourced to Salman Amjad Architects
4 Kanal Wharehouse, Rawat,Islamabad.
Block work completed at our warehouse project in Rawat. The steel structure and masonry structure covers a total area of 16,000 sft. We delivered the project in record time of four months.
Residential & Interior Projects 4 Kanal Farm House Gulberg Greens, Islamabad This unique design is none other by Saif Ullah Siddiqi, Principal Architect of DB Studios, a renowned architectural firm in Pakistan. This one of its kind design depicts the modern trends in residential construction.
The construction services were provided by the skilled team of Shelters Engineering on this farm house project of 4 Kanal area in Gulberg Greens, Islamabad .
3 Kanal Spanish Villa F-6, Islamabad
We completed the grey structure of a 3 kanal Spanish villa in F-6, Islamabad. The total covered area of the project is 15,000 sft. Finishing works are in progress. SES took the task to deliver this project in time with premium quality works.
5 Kanal Farm House PN Navy Farms, Islamabad This 5 Kanal farm house in Pakistan Naval Farms, Islamabad is designed by Suhail & Fawad Architects. 2 Kanal Lamp house Bahira Enlcave, Islamabad
We completed the grey structure of a 2 kanal lamp house designed by ORAD in Bahria Enclave, Islamabad. The total covered area of the project is 10,000 sft. SES took the task to deliver this project in time with premium quality works.

Embassy of Ukraine F-7, Islamabad Embassy of Ukraine in Pakistan is renovated by Shelters Engineering Services. The client wanted an engineering solution to the problems which included the seepage of water in walls due to the faulty plumbing work and leakage of roof. Our scope of work included complete flooring, paint work, plumbing work, electrical works, and roof proofing.

27 Marla House Dream Gardens, Lahore
The covered area of the project is 11000 sq-ft. The project is designed by Tahir’s Architect. It has a Spanish elevation. This project is completed with near to perfection.
Maintenance Works Lahore Cantt Repair and maintenance works were performed by Shelters Engineering Services. The finishing works included paints, electrical fixtures, doors, windows and tile work. It is a project by Military Engineering Services (MES). It is a double story building with covered area of 18,000 sft
Shelters Engineering Services provided furniture to Samba Bank as per their design and office requirements. The cutting of sheets and manufacturing of furniture was done in our workshop in our wokshop on Bedian road, near DHA phase 6 which is equipped with modern equipment necessary for quality woodworks.

This can be done at budgetary level, prior to completion of the design based on assumed performance specifications, or at an accurate leve, once a full design is complete.
