Behaviour chain
The objective of this activity it motivates students to have good behavior and follow classroom expectations. The activity consists that each time students follow classroom rules and are having good behavior, they can fill out a paper link and add it to the chain. Once they reach a certain number of links or lengths, the whole class can earn a reward!
Green and Red Choices Green represents go, keep making green choices. Red represents stop, stop making a red choice. Green and red choices focus on the choice rather than the child. If a child makes a red choice, they can fix it (change their behavior) and make it a green choice.
Color-coded Cards – Instead of using a clip chart, you can also use color cards to help students track their behavior. Students can flip their cards to a different color based on their behavior.
Let's fill the jar! The goal of the activity is to fill up the jar to earn prizes along the process. Every time kids have good behavior they earn some blurt beans (or any other object that you are using) to fill the jar. At the end of the day, they can check if they reach a reward. .
The Quiet Turtle This technique helps to maintain order in class. Consist that we are going to tell our kids that each one of them will have a turtle, but they will have it if they are working quietly or having good behavior because these turtles just like having "Quiet turtle friends".It's important to tell kids that they can play with the turtle just if they have finished their work.
