SODREL HOLDING COMPANY FAMILY OF BUSINESSES

Sodrel Holding Company roots run deep. ‘Pap’ Sodrel began moving mail for the USPS as a ‘Star Route’ Mail Contractor in 1915. Since then, Sodrels have moved mail by foot, boat, horse and carriage, car and semi tractor trailer. In 1976, business diversification began when Mike and Keta Sodrel founded our motorcoach charter business, Free Enterprise. Years later, another venture emerged as yet another spoke in our wheel Student Transit.

(CONT ) As Vice President of Safety & Compliance, Vic Morgan plays a vital role in ensuring our fleet and personnel are performing their work tasks and duties with safety at the forefront of everything they do

GeoTab nominated Vic Morgan for the HDT Safety & Compliance Award because of his consistent and results driven efforts to maintain excellence in his area of responsibility.

His nomination by GeoTab speaks volumes. Vic’s efforts to be ‘best in class’ included his enhancement of the ‘rule sets’ within ‘My Geotab’ making Sodrel Truck Lines one of the top fleets in safety with a ranking in the 87th percentile since January 2023.

Geotab’s safety matrix covers things such as speeding, seat belt usage, harsh braking/cornering/accelerating Vic Morgan’s commitment to excellence puts STL above, as a trucking industry safety "Peer Group Leader" Thank you, Vic, for all you do Safety and compliance is of prime importance and the foundation of all we do
