El Gobierno de España que preside José Luis Rodriguez Zapatero, ha aprobado dedicar 8,5 millones de euros para construir infraestructuras en el municipio de Calvià. Obras que deberían iniciarse a principios de año, que pretenden crear empleo y que forman parte del paquete de medidas encaminadas a paliar los efectos de la crisis económica internacional que afecta a nuestro país. Al dinero aportado por Zapatero, hay que sumar también hasta 220 mil euros más para Calvià, que destina el Govern de
les Illes Balears presidido por Francesc Antich por el mismo motivo; generar empleo. Desde el PSOE de Calvià creemos que esta es una inmejorable oportunidad para iniciar obras de nuevas infraestructuras y de mejora de las ya existentes, ya que llevamos demasiados años de paralización y falta de inversiones por parte del Ajuntament que gobierna el PP. Ahora con los casi 9 millones de euros podemos construir escoletas, instalaciones deportivas, mejorar
pavimentación de nuestras calles, aceras o paseos y, también y muy importante, invertir en infraestructuras turísticas que mejoren la calidad de nuestra oferta y consigan que salgamos de la peor crisis turística de nuestra historia como municipio. Mientras el PP del Ajuntament se gasta el dinero de nuestros impuestos en asesores galácticos, el Gobierno de España y el Govern de les Illes Balears invierten en crear empleo. Esperemos sepan ahora desde el Ajuntament a qué dedicarlo.

El Govern d'Espanya que presideix José Luis Rodríguez Zapatero, ha aprovat dedicar 8,5 milions d'euros per construir infraestructures al municipi de Calvià. Obres que deurien iniciar-se al començament de l'any, que pretenen crear ocupació i que formen part del paquet de mesures encaminades a pal·liar els efectes de la crisi econòmica internacional que afecta al nostre país. Als diners aportats per Zapatero, cal sumar també fins a 220 mil euros més per a Calvià, que destina el Govern dels Illes Ba-
lears presidit per Francesc Antich, pel mateix motiu; generar ocupació. Des del PSOE de Calvià creiem que aquesta és una immillorable oportunitat per iniciar obres de noves infraestructures i de millora de les ja existents, ja que portem massa anys de paralització i falta d'inversions per part de l'Ajuntament que governa el PP. Ara amb els gairebé 9 milions d'euros podem construir escoletes, instal·lacions esportives, millorar pavimentació dels nostres carrers, voreres o passejos i, també i
molt important, invertir en infraestructures turístiques que millorin la qualitat de la nostra oferta i aconsegueixin que sortiguem de la pitjor crisi turística de la nostra història com a municipi. Mentre el PP de l'Ajuntament es gasta els diners dels nostres impostos en assessors galàctics, el Govern d'Espanya i el Govern dels Illes Balears inverteixen en crear ocupació. Esperem sàpiguen ara des de l'Ajuntament a què dedicar-los.

The Spanish Government, which has Zapatero as its leader, has decided to give 8.5 millions of euros to build infrastructures in Calvià. Works that should be initiated at the beginning of next year pretend to create employment and will be part of the steps taken to decrease the international economic crisis effects that affects our country. To the money given by Zapatero, there is also an amount up to 220 thousand euros more for Calvià, which is assigned by the Illes Balears Government presided by
Francesc Antich for the same purpose: to generate employment. From the PSOE in Calvià, we believe this is a great opportunity to start, on the one hand new infrastructure works and, on the other, to improve the ones that are already made, since we have had too many years of inactivity and lack of inversions from the PP local council. Now with almost 9 millions of euros we can build schools for the youngest, sports installations, improve the pavement in our
streets and also, and very important, improve infrastructures for tourists which certainly would increase the quality of our offer and could help us to go out of the worst tourist crisis we are living as a municipality. Whereas the PP local council is spending the money of our taxes on galactic counselors, the Spanish government and the Illes Balears Government invest on creating employment. Let’s hope our local council will dedicate money to the same purpose.
THE PSOE DEMANDS NO PUBLIC PATRIMONY TO BE SOLD The blame for not having economic resources to build schools or sports installations and so, having to sell public patrimony, is the situation of bankruptcy we have been taken by the policy of unnecessary waste, carried out by the PP these years of gov3
ernment in Calvià. The cost of the Major’s 60 counselors or the publicity campaigns in press, have helped local debt to increase in a scandalous way. After knowing the investments for Calvià that Zapatero and Antich announced, from the PSOE de-
mand the PP to cancel the idea to sell public lots to get easy money. We, the socialists in Calvià, believe there is no excuse for the PP to auction what is Calvia people’s and was so hard to achieve.

Die spanische Regierung mit ihrem Präsidenten José Luis Zapatero an der Spitze, stellt Calviá 8,5 Millionen Euros zur Verfügung, um die Infrastrukturen der Gemeinde zu verbessern. Bauvorhaben, die Anfang des Jahres beginnen und die Arbeitsplätze schaffen sollen sind Teil eines Aktionspakets, um die Folgen der internationalen Wirtschaftskrise zu lindern, die auch unser Land schwer trifft. Zu den von Zapatero zur Verfügung gestellten Geldern summiert sich ein Betrag über 220.000 Euros für Calviá, bereitgestellt von der Balearen-Regierung
unter der Praesidentschaft von Francesc Antich aus dem gleichen Grund, nämlich um Arbeitsplätze zu schaffen. Wir von der Sozialistischen Partei (PSOE) Calviá glauben, dass es die beste Gelegenheit ist, um neue Bauvorhaben zur Verbesserung der Infrastruktur zu beginnen und alte Infrastrukturen zu erneuern, vor allem weil von Seiten der Gemeinde, regiert von der PP, seit langer Zeit nichts mehr investiert wird. Mit den beinahe 9 Millionen Euros können wir nun Kindergärten und Sportanlagen bauen, die Beläge auf Strassen,
Bürgersteigen und Boulevards verbessern und ganz wichtig, es kann wieder in den Tourismus investiert werden, um die Qualität unseres Angebots zu verbessern, und um uns aus der grössten touristischen Krise in der Geschichte Calviás heraus zu führen. Während die PP im Rathaus das Geld aus unseren Steuern für Berater mit galaktischen Gehältern ausgibt, investiert die spanische Regierung und die Balearen-Regierung in die Schaffung von Arbeitsplätzen. Hoffen wir, dass der Gemeinderat von Calviá weiss, wofür er diese Gelder auszugeben hat.
DIE PSOE FORDERT, DASS KEIN GEMEINDEEIGENES GUT VERÄUSSERT WIRD Schuld für fehlende Geldmittel um Kindergärten und Sportanlagen bauen zu können und deshalb gemeindeeigenes Gut veräussern zu müssen, trägt der technische Konkurs in den uns die PP-Regierung in Calviá in den ganzen Jahren ihrer Amtszeit getrieben hat. Die Kosten fuer die 60 Berater des
Bürgermeisters oder die Werbekampagnen in den Zeitungen haben ausserdem zu dem hohen Schuldenberg beigetragen. Nachdem bekannt wurde, dass sowohl Zapatero als auch Antich in Calviá investieren werden, fordern wir, die PSOE den Rückzug aus dem Vorhaben, 4
gemeindeeigene Grundstücke zu verkaufen, um Geld flüssig zu machen. Wir, die Sozialisten, glauben, dass es jetzt keine Entschuldigung für die PP mehr gibt, um das Gut zu versteigern, das uns allen gehört und das uns viel Mühe gekostet hat, um es zu erlangen.
