Our Legacy
MSG-SGKM College of Arts, Science and Commerce started with just three courses, BMS, B.Sc (CS) & B.Sc (IT) in 2009. Since then, we have seen a multifold increase in the number of students and have increased the number of courses by offering various courses in all streams and an Internal Quality Assurance Cell, as per NAAC guidelines.
In addition, our college has been granted a Gujarati Linguistic Minority Status, which allows it to accept Gujarati-speaking students under Mumbai University's Minority Quota policy
We believe education should prepare students beyond academics. Our Students' Council is a dynamic, motivated group of degree college students who play a significant role in all college activities. They are a key support system to our college administration. Community Life @MSG-SGKM
Prarambh
It is an intercollegiate fest which pools participation from colleges across Mumbai. It is a platform provided to showcase the talent and energy of the young mind. Every year the fest is celebrated in the month of February and various competitions are held under performing, performing, sports & technical category of events.
DLLE

Under the Department of Lifelong Learning & Extension of University of Mumbai we run DLLE Unit in our college. The objective of this department in our college is to upgrade and enhance the Soft Skill of the students. Our college has also participated and won prizes in various events in the UDAAN Festival such as 3rd Prize in Street Play and Creative Writing


Sports Day
Our Sports and Gymkhana Committee organises an Annual Sports Day each year. Sports play a pivotal role in the makeup of a young athlete. Many students have participated and won various prizes at the University of Mumbai level competition
Silent Reading Circle
Students have a reading community which comes together every fortnight to read silently and then carry out intellectual discussions. The objective is to promote reading, develop vocabulary and exchange of ideas among students. Silent Reading Circle activity takes place in our College Library.

We commemorate National and International Days in our college which includes International Yoga Day, International Women’s Day, Hindi Diwas, Marathi Diwas, Constitution Day and many more

Step 3
After submitting the pre-admission form, the application will be reviewed by the admission department
Forms that are incomplete or incorrectly filled out will be rejected
The merit list will include all forms that have been verified and approved; it will be put up on the college notice board and website
Step 4
You will receive an SMS and email regarding the admission process, fee details, and payment procedure after selection
You must pay your fees and get the requisite documents physically verified within the specified timeframe to secure your admission.
If you do not pay your fees by the declared deadline, your seat will be forfeited.
