Our Legacy Lords Universal College started with just three courses, B.Com., BMS, B.Sc., and 151 students in 2004.

Since then, we have seen a twentyfold increase in the number of students and have increased the number of courses by offering over eight courses in all streams, a night college program for working students, and an Internal Quality Assurance Cell, as per NAAC guidelines.

In addition, our college has been granted a Gujarati Linguistic Minority Status, which allows it to accept Gujarati-speaking students under Mumbai University's Minority Quota policy.

We believe education should prepare students beyond academics. Our graduates should not only be well-versed in their academic field but also have the skills required to succeed in life and their careers after graduation. Attendance

Our Students' Council is a dynamic, motivated group of degree college students who play a significant role in all college activities. They are a key support system to our college administration. They collaborate with our teaching faculty and ensure coordination and integration of all college activities. Kudos to our future leaders!

We adhere to the University of Mumbai's attendance standards, Ordinances 6086. You must achieve an average of seventy-five per cent attendance in all classes, including practicals, tutorials, etc.

Community Life @LUC Aagaaz We celebrated the Inter-Collegiate Fest, AAGAAZ 2025–26, in Goregaon West.

Inspired by the majestic theme “Samrajya – The Royal Conquest,” the fest was held on 31st January and 1st February 2026. The event featured a diverse range of activities including Fine Arts, Performing Arts, Indoor Sports, E-Sports, and Literary Arts, serving as a celebration of leadership, courage, ambition, and excellence, where every participant became a part of a growing legacy defined by vision and achievement.

The BAMMC Department organized an Inter-Collegiate Short Film Making Competition – Media Carnival on 23 February 2026, where 21 short films were screened. The event showcased exceptional creativity, storytelling, and passion for filmmaking among the participating students.The competition was enriched by the presence of esteemed judges, Mr. Swapnanil Bhadra and Mr. Harbansh Singh Bisht, who shared their valuable insights and expertise, making the event both inspiring and memorable for all participants.

NSS Camp

An NSS Residential Camp is not just a stay away from home—it is a journey towards self-discovery and social responsibility. Guided by the motto of National Service Scheme, “Not Me, But You,” volunteers step beyond classrooms to serve villages and communities. Sports Day We has announced its 21st Annual Sports Meet organized by the Gymkhana and Sports Committee. The event will be held on 6th February 2026 at Prabodhan Kridabhavan, Goregaon (W). Competitions include track events (100m, 200m, 400m, relay) and field/team events like javelin, shot put, long jump, box cricket, and tug of war for both boys and girls.
