IB-Diploma Programme The IB Diploma is a challenging and well-rounded educational programme with final examinations that prepare students aged 16 to 19 for university success and life thereafter. It is designed to foster intellectual, social, emotional, and physical well-being. Students are required to choose one subject from each of the first five groups and either an Arts subject from group 6 or a second subject from groups 1-5. The programme includes three core elements that expand the educational experience and challenge students to apply their knowledge and skills: Creativity, Activity, Service (CAS); the Extended Essay (EE); and Theory of Knowledge (TOK).

Mr. Vishnu, an esteemed educational leader, holds a Diploma in School Leadership and Management from Harvard Graduate School of Education, USA and an MSc (Applied Biology) from the University of Oxford, UK, where he was a Commonwealth Scholar. With a notable 14 years of leadership experience in renowned international schools, he has significantly contributed to the field of education.

Dr. Balaji holds a Doctorate in Polymer Engineering from K.I.I.T. Bhubaneswar and is a gold medalist in MSc from B.I.T.S. Pilani.

With 23 years in international education, he has significantly contributed to teaching and leadership and actively serves as an IBEN workshop leader and school visitor, improving educational practices.

Dr. Kiran, with a PhD in Chemistry from the National University of Singapore focusing on 2D transition metal dichalcogenides, has completed Category-2 IB training and boasts nearly five years of experience teaching IGCSE and IBDP Chemistry, demonstrating her expertise in the field.

Hi, I'm Kushi, 2nd year student of IB Diploma at EISB, where I have been studying for over a decade. The nurturing faculty here have greatly supported my academic and extracurricular growth. Thanks to the exceptional College Counseling Department at EISB, I have gained admission to top universities, including UCLA, Boston University (with a $100,000 scholarship), Northeastern University, and UC San Diego in the US; the University of Manchester and the University of Edinburgh in the UK; and in Canada, to the University of Toronto and the University of British Columbia, with several of these offering substantial scholarships.

Hello, I'm Ishan Nair, part of the 2023 graduating class. As head boy and student council member, I've developed leadership, public speaking, and communication skills through organizing events and assisting staff. Leading a Python club, I've honed my technical skills and played for our champion football team. My IB experience at EISB, especially through the CAS program, has strengthened my collaboration, communication, risk-taking, and time management skills. I've organized a successful fundraiser, raising 7,000 rupees for charity.
