Valencia is a landmark residential project featuring two elegantly designed 36-floor towers with a shared podium. Both towers embody a neo-classical design, offering a mix of 1BHK and 2BHK units tailored for modern living. Tower 1 includes thoughtfully planned retail spaces on the ground floor, adding convenience for residents. The podium serves as a vibrant communal space, featuring landscaped gardens and recreational amenities, creating a harmonious balance between aesthetics and functionality. This project reflects a vision of timeless architecture, catering to contemporary urban lifestyles.
