ON MY PULLER SETS! CHECK OUT SOME OF MY TOP TIPS! BOLT GRIP PULLER SET THE IMAGE SHOWS A BOLT GRIPPER PULLER SET REMOVING A CRANKSHAFT PULLEY. THIS IS DESIGNED TO BE PULLED OFF AS HAS 3 HOLES IN THE MIDDLE, AND ARE OFTEN CALLED HARMONIC BALANCERS AS THEY HAVE A RUBBER INSERT IN THE MIDDLE, WHICH WOULD ABSORB ANY IMPACT FROM A SLIDE HAMMER. AS MOST PULLEYS ARE RECESSED IN A COVER OR CASING, A PULLER IS THE ONLY WAY TO REMOVE IT WITHOUT DAMAGING THE PULLEY OR THE CASING.
BEARING ADAPTOR THIS KIT HAS X3 DIFFERENT SIZES, WHICH ARE GREAT FOR PULLING OUT BEARINGS AND SEALS IN AXEL TUBES. IT’S OFTEN TRICKY TO GET BEHIND THE BEARING TO PULL IT OUT, BUT WITH THESE ADAPTORS YOU CAN ANGLE THEM, SLIDE THEM THROUGH THE BEARING, STRAIGHTEN IT SO ITS FITS FLUSH ON THE INTERNAL SIDE OF THE BEARING, WHICH ALLOWS YOU TO USE THE SLIDE HAMMER TO PULL OUT.
SCREW ADAPTOR USE THE SCREW ADAPTOR TO EASILY REMOVE STUBBORN INJECTOR WASHERS, OFTEN CAUSED BY EXCESSIVE CARBON BUILD UP. REMOVE OIL WELL PLUGS, SIMPLY DRILL A HOLE IN THE CENTRE, SCREW IN THE THREAD AND PULL OUT WITH THE SLIDE HAMMER.
