A Guide for Parents
The navigation bar will appear at the top of every page. Use this navigation to: ● ● ● ● ●
Search the site. Access the Activity Stream. Search for other users in the Directory. Access your Inbox. Access your Account.
You will also see a menu for the Resource Board, as well as for each of your children who attend the school. Additionally, you can access your own associations with the school using the Activities menu.
When you first log in, you will land on the Activity Stream. This page displays a feed of the latest school-wide communication, as well as communication from your and your child’s specific associations. From this page, you can also access the athletics calendar and scoreboard, school calendars, media gallery, and news page.
Use the Resource Board to access general school information and relevant materials that are organized by subject. Click on each post to view additional details.
From your child’s menu, you can view the Progress page. This page displays the student’s attendance and academic performance information, including their transcripts, report cards, honors, awards and learning profiles. The Progress page also displays details about your child’s current associations, including their courses, athletic teams, activities and advisories.
From your child’s menu, you can view the Schedule page. This page displays the student’s daily schedule. You can also view attendance information and initiate messages with teachers (if available).
From your child’s menu, you can view the Assignments page. This page displays the student’s past, current and upcoming assignments. Click on the assignment title to view additional details. You can also view assignment reports from this screen.
From your child’s menu, you can view the Contact Card. This page displays the student’s contact information, such as their email address, phone numbers, etc. Depending on your access, you may be able to update your child’s information.
