Into the Light is a fellowship group, a warm welcoming community, that has been mee ng during Advent and Lent since the 1970's. Ours is a "Road to Emmaus" style of gathering a prayer service format using the Sunday's readings, we then break to a potluck meal, and round-the-table we each share brief reflec ons of what stood out in the readings. We share our spiritual and life journeys towards the celebra on of Christmas through prayer and companionship . All are welcome.
We will be mee ng in a hybrid format of in-person and via zoom on the following Fridays at 6:30PM: Nov 29 (zoom only), and December 6, 13, and 20.
Contact Rainey rlamey@umich.edu for further informa on.
