PMI PMP Certification Preparatory Course Project Management Professional ( PMP )® From Challenge to Competence. Crossing Borders.

Concept

Project management is becoming increasingly important across all sectors of the economy. A competent project manager and a project team consisting of experienced, well-trained professionals are essential to the success of a project. This course enables participants to use the key performance indicators – time, quality, cost, and resources – in structuring and managing projects effectively. It is based on the procedure defined by the Project Management Institute (PMI) and the internationally applicable standards of the Project Management Body of Knowledge (PMBOK).

WHAT IS PMI The PMI was established in 1969 and is today still considered to be the leading project management association worldwide. More than 460,000 certificates have already been awarded in over 180 countries. PMI certification is the most popular international qualification process for members of project teams across all sectors and for any purpose. TARGET AUDIENCE Our course is aimed at experienced project managers wanting to enhance their professional competence and their efficiency by obtaining the internationally recognized PMI PMP (Project Management Institute, Project Management Professional) certification. COURSE OBJECTIVE /QUALIFICATION Course participants prepare for all aspects of the PMI PMP certification exam while further developing their project management skills. Successful participants receive a certificate of attendance indicating the hours of training they have completed by attending the course.
