Why Is God Trustworthy?

How do the Bible writers answer the question - Why is God trustworthy?

I have loved thee with an everlasting love: therefore with lovingkindness have I drawn thee.

Jeremiah 31:3

How excellent is thy lovingkindness, O God! The Lord God, merciful and gracious, longsuffering, and abundant in goodness and truth.

Psalm 36:7; Exodus 34:6

For I know the thoughts that I think toward you, saith the LORD, thoughts of peace, and not of evil, to give you an expected end.

Jeremiah 29:11

For they cried to God in the battle, and He was intreated of them. He is my refuge and my fortress: my God. 1 Chronicles 5:20; Psalm 91:2

I know that Thou canst do everything, and that no thought can be withholden from Thee. Thou art worthy, O Lord, for thou hast created all things.

Job 42:2; Revelation 4:11

As for God, His way is perfect; I will call on the Lord, who is worthy to be praised.

He is the living God, the Savior of all men.

Thus we may commit the keeping of our souls to God as unto a faithful Creator and Redeemer.

Do you have the assurance that you are precious in the sight of your God after being:

ransomed by the sacrifice of Christ, washed from sin in His blood, clothed in His righteousness

For our gospel came not unto you in word only, but also in power, and in the Holy Ghost, and in much assurance; 1 Thessalonians 1:5

Then, the bottom line is: Look unto me, and be ye saved, all the ends of the earth: for I am God, and there is none else.

Isaiah 45:22

His resources and love are infinite and all in accomplishing His will.

Those who here acknowledge God as their ruler, by obeying the laws of His government, will be accounted worthy of a place in His family in Heaven.

Blessed are they that do His commandments, that they may have right to the tree of life, and may enter in through the gates into the city.

Revelation 22:14.
