Smoking

The farmhouse and barn are smoke and vape-free facilities. No smoking or vaping is allowed in the house, on the porches, or in the barn.

Pets

We welcome well-behaved pets. Please note the yard is not fully fenced in, so your pets should be leashed when outside. There are a few small and medium-sized dogs down the road who have a tendency to escape their yard and go out on the lam. There is no need to alert the owners. Unfortunately, they are aware their dogs run loose.

Parties

Parties are not allowed without prior written permission. If you'd like help in arranging an event please let us know. We have supplies and staff that can help create something unique and special. No guests of guests are allowed without prior written approval.

Household & Kitchen Supplies

Feel free to use any paper products (toilet paper, paper towels, plates, etc.), hand soap, dish soap or laundry soap as needed. The kitchen is stocked with a few essentials to help you prepare memorable meals during your stay. A list of grocery stores is included in this notebook should you need to add or restock during your stay.
