Tampa Bay experienced a significant uptick in property sales this month, with 1,438 closings in Pinellas County—a 29% increase from last month—and 1,594 closings in Hillsborough County, a 27% increase from last month. This is a great sign that there is still strong buyer demand in Tampa Bay, despite longer days on the market becoming the norm.
Inventory remains plentiful, though it has decreased significantly across the bay, resulting in relatively flat median sold prices.
