Welcome to our Spring report for 2025

With Spring now upon us, we can finally say goodbye to those wintery nights and chilly mornings. This Spring brings a healthy dose of optimism after EOFY, with a strong economy supported by low inflation and low unemployment, plus recent interest rate cuts and the promise of more to come, potentially by the end of the year.

Economists at all four major banks have lifted their outlooks and now predict 5%–6% price growth in 2025. Growth may even reach as high as 9% with the government bringing forward the Home Guarantee Scheme to 1 October, removing income limits and caps on places and increasing property price caps. Demand from first-home buyers should strengthen through Spring, with almost double the number of affordable homes becoming available.

Locally, the Brisbane market continues to perform well, and Acacia Ridge is seeing strong momentum. The median house price has risen 12.6% over the past 12 months to $830,000, while the unit and townhouse market has surged 24.4% year-on-year to $600,000.

We are also very proud to continue giving back 10% of all sales back to the local community and other charities, totalling over $100,000 over the last 2 years, including our annual Community Halloween Event which is getting bigger and better every year!
