Our creative and design team specializes in customization that is specific to the client’s requirement. We have a committed bunch of people who focus on detailed research and development to make sure that your product stands out in the market. 03. Production and Quality Assurance Quality plays the nerve center of our organization and our unique methods and techniques set us apart. The engagement of quality assurer comes into play from prototype to production and we apply our technical knowledge to assist factories in working towards the highest quality levels. We believe in quality assurance rather than quality control. Our nature of work involves in depth pre-production planning. We do comprehensive quality checks and monitor inline rejections, if any. We conform to acceptable quality levels based on our client’s requirement. DSE has 3 stage inspection policy: Pre inspections at primary stage. Midline inspections at an advanced stage. Final inspection once the shipment is ready. 04. Cost Management The team strives to attain desired product and quality at right pricing. It combs through prevalent products and prices in market. We act as a keen observer to identify any new trends, pricing parameters of existing factories and emerging brands. We can be relied upon as a barometer of production input costs and other determinants of pricing. The occurrence of replacements are contained at a negligible level which in a way contributes to competitive pricing by vendors. 05. Logistics We have an unmatched expertise in planning full container load and consolidating buyer’s shipment. We regularly coordinate with freight forwarders and vendor shipping departments. Our team closely keeps a check on pre and post shipment documentation, payments and deposits to maintain an up to date database. We monitor deadlines for planned vessels at origin and shipment releases at destination and strive to combat any unforeseen situations that may affect timely dispatches. 06. Social Compliance We aim to have an ethical and environmentally responsible production to promote a fair and sustainable production process. We encourage efficient utilization of resources and a healthy and harmonious relationship at the workplace. Our team regularly engages in social audits to examine the factory procedures and environmental compliances. We motivate the use of sustainable goods and tend to reduce consumption of non recyclable resources. The skill and efforts of factory workers are respected since fusion of creativity with engineering is translated by them into a product, be it partly by machine or much by their hands. 19
