This edition of āśaya Digest highlights our business endeavors in the Colorado region. We have two exciting projects underway - a residential development in the Basalt mountains and the Grand Timber Lodge Ski Resort in Breckenridge. Basalt, CO, situated at the confluence of the Fryingpan and Roaring Fork rivers, offers unparalleled fly-fishing experiences, and captivating visitors with its natural beauty. Meanwhile, the Grand Timber Lodge Ski Resort in Breckenridge is renowned for its ski facilities, year-round alpine activities, and rich Gold Rush history.
Both projects embrace a mountain rustic design ethos, drawing inspiration from the local landscape, flora, and fauna.

Surrounded by the crisp mountain air, the family can unwind and engage in fly-fishing at the nearby river. A perfect escape for those seeking tranquility and nature’s embrace.

The challenge for this project was redesigning the Swerdlow residence’s old main entrance wing, transforming it into a luxurious master suite. The standout feature? A bespoke large steam shower with cutting-edge technology, offering a magnificent view of the mountains through a newly added expansive window.

āśaya Design has completed the design of model units for studio and 2-bedroom guest suites in phase 1, embracing a historical rustic timber lodge aesthetic with old and rustic elements in earthy brown and bronze tones. Approval of the mock-up units signals the start of renovating all 166 units in phase 2 of construction work. Stay tuned for more updates on this transformative project.
