An EAP is a free, confidential support service to help you manage personal or professional challenges. Provided by Health Assured, our EAP is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year – for you and your immediate family members.*

We have trained Mental Health First Aiders across different departments who are here to support you.

Mental Health First Aiders are team members trained to listen, offer initial support, and guide you toward appropriate professional help if needed. If you're experiencing stress, anxiety, or other mental health challenges or if you simply need someone to talk to, please don’t hesitate to reach out.
